Answer:	My racquets are all 4 5/8" with long grips and I have just enough to get to the top. I do put the grip on tight so, there is a maybe little bit of stretching as it goes on, but I've put a lot of these on and have never come up short.

Answer:	Wow, I am not sure. These are the only legal goggles for over the glasses for girls lacrosse and they are only legal for Middle School, not High School. So, it really is the only option. However, if your prescription goggles meet the ASTM 3077 standard, then I don't think you would need to wear anything else. Of course, checking with a coach/ref on your team to confirm this.
