Answer:	No the frame isn't adjustable. If you buy the 10ft the net itself is 10ft. The net just slips over the side bars and is held in with a screw and wing nut. This set is the 2 side legs; the net, and the center bar (and hardware of course to secure the net); no adjusting is possible.

Answer:	no, a t-shirt does not come with the racket, it is of great quality.

I have teenagers (and a strong husband) and the rackets that came with our badminton set were not good ... the birdie would get stuck in the strings and the rackets broke one by one without much misuse. We've had these rackets for about a month now and so far so good. Nothing broken. No birdies getting stuck in the strings. No guarantees, but for now, they're good.
