Answer:	Yes- I got them to lay out a bunch of stone in the yard for drainage issues, and was on my knees most of the time, on roots and stones. Answer:	I can say that they work great for jujitsu, where a lot of knee trauma is is always on order. As to comfort, they are barely noticeable in training but I haven't tried to wear them on an ongoing daily basis; however, they are much much thinner and more comfortable than any other I've used.
