Answer:	No soap should be tear free y'all. It is important to teach kiddos to keep their eyes close when rinsing or put head back and pour water away from the eyes. The most healthy gentle soaps for baby are not tear free. The only way to do this would be to add unhealthy chemicals. Some that I have studied use chemicals that basically numb the eye so they can't feel it. Please take caution when washing around or above eyes. And let's start researching ingredients. The US allows horrible things to be added into products. It's all about the money and not the safety of our loved ones.

Question:	How do you open the pump? I have tried pushing and turning to no avail? This is my third bottle and the others didn't give me any issues
Answer:	Hold the base of the pump (not the screw on cap, but the ring right below where the pump goes down) with pliers then turn the pump top counter clockwise. This shouldn’t be necessary under most circumstances but worked for my “defective pump”
