Answer:	Good morning, It is recommended to use Clorox wipes to clean your headgear. The straps could probably go in the washing machine, but it is not necessary. Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!

Answer:	What covers the ears are foam.... The only "plastic" is the clear cups on the sides. My boys love theirs! Easy to fit, stays secure and the can still hear their coaches.
Question:	What is the smallest head circumference this is recommended for? My son is right at 21 inches so trying to decided on youth size or this one
Answer:	My son has a normal to large head. I measured it today at 23 3/4". Given the amount of velcro on the straps, 21" would fit. It's just a matter of adjusting all the straps to get the best fit. Answer:	I ordered these for my 10 y/o son, and they fit him with some adjusting. He likes them. They also fit my 9 y/o son. I will say, my sons cannot wear youth ball caps. They have to wear adult sized hats. The headgear could be adjusted smaller than what my son's is, though.

Answer:	We've had one of our customer reviewers answer this question. Here's his response:I have the Rock 1800 and really enjoy it for a day pack both in the mountains or the city. I think your answer would depend on what you mean by a "regular backpack". Are you talking about a standard backpacking backpack for overnight trips, or a more everyday-use backpack? In my experience the internal frame and waist belt on this pack are significantly more than a standard everyday backpack, but not as robust as a backpack intended for extended trips. I've comfortably done some 2-3 mile hikes with this pack weighted around 25lbs. However, if I were going to hike 3+miles with 30+ lbs consistently I might look for a pack with a more robust waist belt. Since I love all the features on the Rock 1800, I would probably look into Teton's Talus 2700 which would be slightly larger and offer more support for heavy loads over longer distances. I hope that is helpful!

Answer:	Yes you would have to talk the strap all the way off then take off the cup there
Question:	Does this headgear use snaps or Velcro? My son had a cliff keen headgear with Velcro straps amd hated it because it always came undone during matches
Answer:	I’m guessing snaps I can tell you never in a match ha sir come off and my son wrestles high school and tournaments at 152.

Answer:	So under the padding there will be loops with the top and rear straps in them all you have to do it fold back the padding then adjust the straps trough the loops
Question:	Is this one size fits all? The package says adults.. How do you adjust it
Answer:	It's a bigger size for sure. I did personally buy it for my 10 year old son. Too alot of adjusting but it did work great for him. You can pull the ends of the straps to tighten and/out loosen them. You will have to stuff the ends back on and every which a away in order to hide the ends once you have the perfect fit. All in all I would give it a 5. Just because it is an adult. And fits snug did not move one my son the first 3 (and only tournaments he has done so far) but we're getting back into it at the end of February. Hope this helps. Sorry for the story.
