| Answer: | No! I bought high rings for my 44mm VX-5HD and there was less than a MM of clearance and I couldn’t get a low enough cheek weld to see through the scope in my CA-10. Go with the super high or better yet look into the nightforce ultralight aluminum/titanium rings. They have a better selection of ring heights. I recommend you check them out in a store first. Take your rifle and scope and ask to see how they fit. Any good gun store should accommodate you. I actually got an even swap from the Shooters Bench in Boise even though I didn’t buy my rings there. |

| Answer: | The Leupold VX-Freedom line does not have rubber on the eyepiece, but it does have very generous eye relief (4.17" on low power and 3.66" on high power), so when mounted correctly being hit or "burned" with the scope due to recoil should not be an issue. |
