Answer:	My 9 year old son is using the medium/small size full 90 (it only comes in two sizes I think (medium/small & Large). From seeing how it fits him, I would guess that any child between 5 and 13 year old would use the medium/small and anyone older should go for the large. It is very adjustable so it fits a wide range of head sizes.

Answer:	I am not sure it would stay on the head of a wrestler. there are other helmets that have a chin strap. My son wears this to play in Goal for soccer and it only came off once and that was the result of major contact, but it did protect his head.
