Answer:	You wouldn't happen to be talking about Iowa winds? We're very familiar. We did add some supports between the poles, but it has held up very well to this windy spring we've had so far.

Answer:	No it's not portable. It's to just set up and leave up it took a few hours to put up
Question:	can you put a pitching machine inside or just outside thru a hole and how do you get in and out of the cage
Answer:	I use it for my son who is going on 14, nets fully enclosed, prof pitching machine inside as I use a pitchers protector to protect machine like the pros. It needs to be fully enclosed! Buy a pitchers stand up net metal based and put the machine behind it. This works out because the shorter distance app 30 feet increases reaction time and machine set to 35 mph is actually app 55 mph. Hope this helps but I guess ou can also rig it to set machine outside.

Answer:	I purchased mine to house our Green-cheeked conure. So if the lorikeet is of the same size it should be fine. Our "Rio" has plenty of room in this cage. We put a natural tree branch, hammock, cubbie in it and there is still plenty of room for climbing and hopping from place to place.

If you send them an emailthey will send you directions on how to assemble the cage and include the lead question. The cage is quite roomy formy cockatiel who is more than 9 inches. While the cage is 20"w by 20" deep it is 24" tall. I have 3 food dishes and a waterdish as well as sleeping house in this cage and still have plenty of room for toys etc. I have had the cage for a few months now and my bird has his mouth on it every day when he climbs up and down (inside and out) and I have observed no illeffects. Budgies are smaller than cockatiels so two should fit fine.

Answer:	I would not really know but my sent cuz my son plays baseball we've had it sitting outside in this hot heat and it's still really durable

Answer:	Robert, my base is set at 12 feet. The poles are flexible and you probably can make it only 10 feet, however the guide wires have to be anchored a lot further out on both sides. So your pool may stop you from anchoring the cage unless you use concrete or sand in buckets. I'm guess the other side will be very close to your house and if so, it wouldn't work for you.
Question:	Can the bases be pulled together to make it 10 ft. wide? The area in my backyard can only accommodate 10 ft. wide base due to swimming pool
Answer:	Getting the poles in the sleeves is a two person job. One person feeds the pole into the sleeve and the other one helps direct it and bend it into a U shape as you go. It is like setting up a tent.
