Answer:	I had the same question. While still cold.. Loosen up the pressure almost all the way. Then pull the clamp down, then tighten the pressure

Question:	What kind of power cord does this use? Does it plug in to regular wall outlet
Answer:	This happened to me! I had to grab a hammer to pry open while I put my foot on top to hold it down. It finally opened. After doing that for at least 20 shirts, it is a lot easier to open. It’s almost like it needs WD40 which I haven’t tried yet but want to put on the knob because I can not turn that thing to save my life.
Question:	Does it come with a warranty
Answer:	It just says Power Press on the top. I don't think it's a fancierstuido model. Either way, I've had mine for about 2 months now. It's small but it works great.

Question:	I have followed all the instructions and it is not heating up. Help
Answer:	This is not a printer. I use a Silhouette Cameo to cut out my Heat Transfer Vinyl design, then use this press to adhere it. If you follow the directions from the brand of HTV you are using (accurate pressure, temp, cold/heat peel) then you will have a finished garment that will last a very long time. Most HTV brands also have washing and drying suggestions to prolong it's life. Hope this helps.
