Answer:	I'm not sure I understand the boxing terminology of "slipping". However, the balls are small enough and soft enough that it wouldn't injure you if it hit you in the face (from a distance). The machine doesn't always shoot balls out at the exact same spot, which is why it's good for batting practice.

Answer:	Yes, my kids only use this with real bats. They are foam balls and can be used with any type of bat.

Answer:	I am not sure for actual MPH, however I can say my 7 year old can hit on the slow speed but my 4 year old has trouble. The 4 year old does not play tho so yours may be able to hit on it. A regular size bat is easier for the little one but the small bat really helps once they get the hang of it. I hope this helps.

Answer:	My son, daughter, and myself have used a child's aluminum T-ball bat. I can swing full speed with jugs poly baseballs and no issues. Jugs Balls are more consistent than the ones it came with. Answer:	About 30 to 40 mph from a distance of 25 to 30 feet. The balls that come with it, or are recommended for it, are junk, however it works great if you buy JUGGS plastic balls. I've had one in my basement for several years hitting JUGGS balls with wood bats and love it. The balls break occasionally after a long period of time but can really take a beating. I set-up the machine on stacked crates so that the machine is at shoulder height thus replicating a very inexpensive indoor pitching machine. If you buy good balls they will be delivered consistently in the strike zone. The best money I've spent for practicing baseball in the winter.

Answer:	You should not use a composit bat with machine balls. You should consider getting an alloy bat as a practice bat for using with these balls. Also, you should not use a composit bat under 60 degrees. Consider getting a bat warmer if it will be used at 60 degrees or less.
Question:	Are these 11" or 12" balls
Answer:	These balls are the 9 inch baseballs, which will work with the Heater Pro and the Combo model. The Combo model will also throw both 11 inch softballs, and 12 inch softballs. The softball only model, as far as I know, throws only 12 inch softballs. Heater and other manufacturers sell both sizes of dimpled softballs. Hope that helps.

Answer:	We do use real softballs. The wheels need cleaned each year after. You would have to move it closer to get it to 60 on all pitches.

Answer:	it depends on the condition of the ball. With newer softballs it is very accurate and easy to dial in a pitch like a curve ball that breaks left 8 inches at 16 inches above the plate on the outside corner. I bought 5 doz juggs balls and those 60 all pitch the same
