Answer:	I think it might be too big. I wear a 7 1/2 fitted cap and I bought the large which is perfect. You could get the small and if it is too big, hot glue a sweatband around the base.

Question:	So ill be brief, i ride a mountain bike regularly to work, i plan to get one of these regardless, can I use this as an everyday helmet
Answer:	The helmet does come with internal padding and harness to secure it on your head. I do not believe it is built to meet Federal requirements for bike helmets for impact resistance. I use mine when hiking in Rocky terrain or repelling to prevent banging my head on rock surfaces and it works great for that, but I am not moving at significant speed. I do believe it would provide limited protection but not to the level a bike helmet would built to federal standard. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Not sure about putting on a lower face mask. But there are places all around the helmet that has Velcro.

Answer:	This is a military/paramilitary Kevlar helmet. If you intent on using it for civ job site, it’s your choice but I will not because it draws attention because of its original fashion and intended usage
