Answer:	hi， the 20W laser machine is faster ,and it's specific for cutter wood, if you are mainly need for engraving ,we would recommend 7W laser engraver machine

Answer:	Depends on what software you use. I had luck with the mobile apps and burning a bitmap file. The "CNC" mode leaves a bit to be desired and I had trouble with it
