Answer:	We do use real softballs. The wheels need cleaned each year after. You would have to move it closer to get it to 60 on all pitches.

Answer:	My son, daughter, and myself have used a child's aluminum T-ball bat. I can swing full speed with jugs poly baseballs and no issues. Jugs Balls are more consistent than the ones it came with. Answer:	About 30 to 40 mph from a distance of 25 to 30 feet. The balls that come with it, or are recommended for it, are junk, however it works great if you buy JUGGS plastic balls. I've had one in my basement for several years hitting JUGGS balls with wood bats and love it. The balls break occasionally after a long period of time but can really take a beating. I set-up the machine on stacked crates so that the machine is at shoulder height thus replicating a very inexpensive indoor pitching machine. If you buy good balls they will be delivered consistently in the strike zone. The best money I've spent for practicing baseball in the winter.

Answer:	My dog loves it but he only brings the balls back...hasnt grasped the concept of putting then back in the basket yet. It didn't launch very far but I put it on a chair to add height. Someone suggested I buy wiffle balls (I bought a neon green set from Amazon)... they worked great.

Answer:	This question really is more a generic question than it is specific to any brand welder. If you're giving it half the power it can use. Generally, you can figure you're going to get half the result. So prepared properly and possibly a little bevel, 1/8in would be about max Remember voltage is the pressure or pushing force of the amperage or heat.

Answer:	Probably. We suggest you look closely at the pictures of the back-end connections and compare them to what you are now using.

Answer:	I do not know for sure. You maybe able to determine from the photos I put in my review. I was able to change my two wire trigger to a three wire so I could reverse the polarity of ground so I can flux weld, or gas weld. I took a chance, and it worked for me. Once I started cutting the leads I knew there was no returning the gun, but I was pretty sure I could make it work, and it did. There were no replacement parts for my old Astro 110V, but this worked for mine.
