Answer:	All three sizes are on the same Amazon webpage. The baseball size ones have alternating triangular and slotted holes (similar to a wiffle ball). The golf ball and softball size balls have only triangular holes. I use both the baseball and golf ball size balls for training hitters.

Answer:	No clue, my team has only used this product. The swingaway mvp looks like it would take longer to set up and also looks like more problems could occur with it.

Answer:	You bet. One season with both high school varsity softball and baseball teams hitting this trainer, and it's still going. Colder than average spring had us inside two or more days every week plus Sunday batting cage sessions. If you're outside with it, it can be staked down. Inside had us putting two boxes of the office's copy paper in it to hold it down. It'll require a hand tightening at the beginning of every session (no time or effort really required with the nylon hand grip bolt heads) and it's good for your son and 8 of his buddies.

Answer:	It’s about the length equivalent to home plate to the pitcher’s mound also comes with an extra rope. At least mine did.

Answer:	I’d say yes because it’s a ball that is between baseball and softball size
Question:	I can't seem to get this to work and was so excited. Tips on the technique
Answer:	Make sure ropes aren't tangled.Then get some grease Vaseline will work also put some on the ropes then move ball through grease by hand next lay ropes on ground get a water hose and soak the ropes this makes it superfast. As for technique make you put tension on rope and pull apart really fast ball should be moving once pitched bring handles back together so ball returns to you. You will get a great shoulder workout. I have no complaints accept for the ball but the grease reduces the frictions and so far it has worked great it helped my twins start getting hits instead of striking out good luck hope this helps.
Question:	For those who have owned this product for more than 6 months, how durable is the ball and how does it hold up over time
Answer:	I'm on my 3rd one in 3 seasons. That may sound bad, but I keep buying it for a reason. It's a nice tool to simulate various pitch speeds during before game warmups if there's not a batting cage. We're an 12U team and have been using it since our 10U season. We've never had problems with the ball. The cord is what wears out on us. We play 6-8 games a week and about 60-70 games a year, and by the last 15 games or so, the cord either broke or became so frayed that it was useless. This season I took it to Lowes and found a small enough plastic coated cable to replace the rope cord that comes with it. Hopefully it'll hold up much better now. But in the end, even if it doesn't, I feel that I still got my money's worth by the time the provided cord broke down in the past seasons.

Throw' a Perfect Pitch Every Time

To 'pitch' the ball, assume a solid stance. Pull the handles evenly apart and slightly back, keeping the cords pulled tightly throughout the duration of the pitch. Pitch speed varies with the force used to pull the handles apart.
