Answer:	I bought the largest size to protect my chest when I ski. I am a 38C, and the strap around the back is as tight as the velcro will allow. The shoulder straps are really loose, but it's ok over my base layers. I would imagine that with even the smallest size, you will need to clip the shoulder elastic in the back. It's really sturdy, and not uncomfortable.

Answer:	This is my second summer wearing it in Phoenix Az and it keeps me well covered and not burned, and I burn easily. I’m in the pool daily for about 30 minutes. I wash once a week and rinse In Between. Hope that helps
