Answer:	I can't really answer that for you. I can tell you my foot is 9" long and I bought a size 7 and it's a perfect fit. I thought it would be a little big which I wanted for some toe space but it runs a bit small in my opinion. I think each full size is equal to 1/4" in shoe length generally but depends on manufacturer. Good luck.
