| Answer: | No, It cannot be real board. It is tough to break in starting but become loose after 10-15 impacts. But never like real wooden board which is very tough to break. |

| Answer: | It is about 1/2" and equivalent to about 3/4" The 1" boards in stores are usually 3/4" they say due to metrics... but actually to save money. My advice: The boards are foam but are no joke. At one or 2 stacked they may seem trivial... but at 3 boards they are solid. You must concentrate on breaking dead center always, they are weakest here. The shock waves are real coming back on a no-break at 3 or more boards. You must condition your hands to prepare for the day they don't give. A little at a time, knuckle pushups, peaceful... only progress when it is easy! (Mark the boards as they get weaker over time) 1,2,3... newest boards are super stiff.) A new board and an old board may be like... 2.75 boards over time. |

| Answer: | In all honesty, I have not yet attempted to break these blocks (I have 4)... still working on a very stiff rebreakable board... but they work just like bricks... I would recommend attempting to break with palm rather that pinky side of hand... some may try fist, but not sure I'm so ambitious as to try that... also if they are anything like the rebreakable board, they start off much stiffer and wear down to a reasonable resistance after some use... as for stacking them, the masters at my school gave me the inexpensive great idea of using the hexagonal pencils for an easy spacer (make sure it has sides rather than being smooth around)... again I have not tried this, but other than only allowing a small amount of room, it seems like that would be a great option... good luck and enjoy |

| Answer: | Depends on the bricks that you use. When I was in the U.K. I used to use London Brick Company bricks and they varied in hardness and this was impacted by the humidity they were kept in. These are much more consistent. I bought two and I can’t tell any difference between them. Psychologically, although high density plastic they are not as intimidating as the real thing but then again I have been doing power test for years so for me it is just a way to keep sharp |
