Answer: Medium covers a 18”-22” size of a youth head. Large may be 24”-30”. Before you make the choice, make sure the size of the head are corrected. My son is 37 years old, his head size is 23”. Fits him perfect. I also bought him large but seems to be lose a little. It’s not much of a difference.
