Answer:	No these are not meant for mitt work, these are for the punchers, to serve the punches, not for the trainers, to receive the punches. these are for the trainees, not the trainers.

Answer:	No not really, they fit snug tho with two Velcro straps. One small one on top of the back of your hand/wrist the other is a wrap around your wrist area. You want them tight bc if not the sliding around inside when you’re punching would be bad.

Answer:	I bought them to hit a heavy bag and turns out they’re really not padded enough for any extended hitting. However, they might work just right for a speed bag. We don’t have a speed bag at our gym.

Answer:	No. You are looking for heavy bag gloves. You can find them on Amazon aswell.
Question:	Can I put these gloves in the washing machine
Answer:	I wouldn't recommend it. The whole point of these lighter, fingerless gloves is so that they can be used for mixed martial arts, where you may have to grip/grapple with your opponent. I would recommend going for the heaviest boxing gloves that fit you (I wear and would recommend 16 oz gloves, but some some women/smaller people/people with smaller hands will wear 12 or 14 oz gloves). These a) give you more protection and allow you to hit the bag harder without fear of injury and b) give you a better workout. Think of it like wearing a weighted vest while working out-one that protects you as well (they do actually sell weighted hand wraps and even weighted shinguards for kickboxing). If you're interested in actually fighting (which is usually done with smaller gloves), your punches will be that much more powerful/quicker if you train with heavier gloves.

Answer:	Hi Diane, These were a gift so I don't know how he determine size BUT, I'am 5' 105lbs. and they fit good' My daughter is 5'3" so I had her try them on, they fit her good also. My middle finger is 2 3/4" long, my daughters is 3" long if you put the end of a ruler just touching the web and lay your middle finger against the ruler, that is how I measured it. Answer:	Not sure if this question has been answered yet, however, for those reading for the future here is the deal ladies and gentlemen. It does not matter if you are 5'2 or 6'4 what matters is your weight. They have weight classes for a reason. Generally the more you weight the harder you punch so you would want a heaver glove for the added protection. Not all gloves are created equal so I can't comment on this particular brand. This is simply from a general overview. For example, Rival gloves are known for their protection and wrist support on their gloves. They are also extremely expensive; I have the RB-10 and while they have great padding and excelling wrist support they are $150. Title Gel gloves also have great support. Ok, so now back to this again. These gloves look very good and prob have good protection but don't expect the world okay. Get nothing less than 12 oz and the reason why is unless you are 90 lb 8 to 10 oz are for competition not bag work. 12 to 14 oz are general bag work. The entire point behind gloves are to have weight behind them to allow you to get tired to train harder but not go overboard. Otherwise, just do shadow boxing. So why not get 16 oz? Well you can if you are 180 or above as generally you are a bigger guy or gal and the lighter oz will feel like 6oz gloves. If you are say 155 lbs and use 16 oz yeah, be better protection in theory, but too heavy for you beyond 2-3 rounds. I personally have both 12 and 14 oz and I prefer the 12 oz. I feel like I get good work in and able to land a lot of power shots and can easily go for 8 or 9 rounds 30 seconds break. I have 5'6 and 143 lbs. To sum up. 12 oz is the sweet spot if up to 155. 14 oz oz for 155 to 180 lbs and 16 oz for 180 and above. Answer:	Wipe down the gloves with a leather uphostery cleaner and a cloth after every workout. Also keeps the leather from drying out.

Answer:	That's a good question. It doesn't say on the package, but if I had to venture a guess, I'd say 5 oz. But that's an uneducated guess.

If the outer surface of the bag is really rough, you will need to cover the area you're striking on, or you may end up marring the surface of the gloves. As my daughter's bag is fairly smooth, I've seen no marks on the gloves besides normal wear.

Get nothing less than 12 oz and the reason why is unless you are 90 lb 8 to 10 oz are for competition not bag work. 12 to 14 oz are general bag work. The entire point behind gloves are to have weight behind them to allow you to get tired to train harder but not go overboard. Otherwise, just do shadow boxing. So why not get 16 oz? Well you can if you are 180 or above as generally you are a bigger guy or gal and the lighter oz will feel like 6oz gloves. If you are say 155 lbs and use 16 oz yeah, be better protection in theory, but too heavy for you beyond 2-3 rounds. I personally have both 12 and 14 oz and I prefer the 12 oz. I feel like I get good work in and able to land a lot of power shots and can easily go for 8 or 9 rounds 30 seconds break. I have 5'6 and 143 lbs. To sum up. 12 oz is the sweet spot if up to 155. 14 oz oz for 155 to 180 lbs and 16 oz for 180 and above. Typically 16 oz are sparring gloves but if have extra weight you can and should be able to support it in your hands. Any Question let me know. I am a certified boxing coach

Answer:	Male 5'7" and 128lbs here. 8oz gloves fit perfectly. 8oz is perfect to hit precision mitts. However, if you use 8oz gloves for heavy bag, definitely use handwrap to add extra protections for your knuckles. Lastly, don't use 8oz to spar with your partner.

Question:	Will these fit inside of a adult baseball glove to cushion baseball throw
Answer:	Mine are 22.5cm-23cm - they swell during heavy exercise sessions - and the Medium works well. When I FIRST started I bought an L which didn't work right, then I moved up to XL, which was fine for awhile, but after a few heavy exercise sessions I moved back down to the L and eventually I bought an M... no BS. It seems like I started out with fat hands and weak wrists. The hands needed the extra space and the wrists needed that needed the extra quarter inch of wrap-support the bigger glove offers. When my hands do swell the M can be uncomfortable, so I can switch up to the L to finish a session. I haven't touched the XL since a week or so after I originally bought them. I'm glad I have all 3 though - if for some reason I don't work the bag for awhile I'll probably need to start with the XL again.

Answer:	Sure. They're great hands protection for beating on my 100lb leather dummy, and they aren't bad for grappling moves. The padding really isn't sparring padding though, or in other words these aren't kid gloves. They protect you, not who or what you hit.
