Answer:	Yes they can. I box and they are VERY comfortable. Just make sure you get the right length for your size & weight. (If you can't decide, go with the 180 length).

Answer:	I have never put them in the washer or dryer.. I hand wash and line dry.. I don't think the washer would do any harm, but I am worried that the dryer will harm the elastic material in them.. I could be wrong but better safe then losing them.. Hope this helps..

Answer:	I'm 6'2" with large hands and the 180" length is perfect for me. Some girls use 108" wraps, i guess some children could use that size too. So this is not a childrens size.

Answer:	I've found it depends on what you want to use them for. So if you want just wrist and hand support get the shorter ones. But if you want to interlace through your fingers get the long ones.

Answer:	Hello - the wraps are a cotton/elastic blend and slightly stretchy.
Question:	Are these washable
Answer:	Yes. Hand washing is always the most recommended and least invasive way for washing your boxing hand wraps. Wash them in warm water with a little amount of laundry soap. Prepare a basin with water and detergent, dip your hand wraps and let them soak for few hours: 2 or 3 should be enough. If you prefer machine wash: wash your hand wraps separately or with the rest of your laundry, you always need to put them in a delicate wash garment bag prior to washing. If not, the hand wraps will become a tangled mess while spinning inside your washing machine.
