Answer:	im not sure how long a large foam roller is... measure it. if it is 22 inches or less in length it will fit. maybe even if its up to 24, i did not dump out my sons gear to measure it. the way it sips also allows for something to stick out the top, but stay securely in. his lax sticks, usually two of them, are always sticking out a bunch. the bag is nice, it is pretty well made, carries well, and has good pockets. i love the ventilation.

Answer:	i would say, a 13 would stick out of the pocket we use for my sons 6.6 mens shoes, but if you don't mind not being able to zip the compartment closed they could be in the side pocket

Answer:	You could definitely fit the two gis, though it would be tight in the front water proof pouch together (folded well). The side pockets are perfect for a container of defense wipes or a standard water bottle if that helps. I'm not sure how large the dimensions are on the flask, but you could always put it in the main pocket. The spats, towel, rash guard take up no space, and your mouthguard/phone could fit in the little pocket up front. So, yes. It would be snug, but the zippers are of pretty sound construction and fabric has been durable so far.
Question:	Do these gloves really support the wrist when i am doing punching bags
Answer:	I sort of fold my Fuji All around in half and then in half again, in order to fit it into the bag. This is probably just because the all around is a thicker gi. I have the fuji suparaito as well and I can shove that gi and pants into the bag perfectly fine. When I was traveling for the weekend, I was able to fit the all around jacket and pants, the suparaito jacket and pants, belt, sandals, and a set of nogi clothes all into this bag. It's freaking awesome!
