I ran through the ingredient list online as well as called my brother in law who works as a nutrition specialist, and he said that based on the ingredients, it was in fact gluten free. So although it doesn't state that on the box, it does look to be gluten free. Just another reason to love this fantastic stuff.

Answer:	I am not positive but I think its all the DHT Blocking ingredients and their high concentration of them. I have tried a lot of other things that basically rely on solely on biotin, and they are 'ok' at best, but this is like a super boost compared to those. Much better results. I agree though, it works, and it works well!!!! There are numerous items on the ingredient list not found in other items, so it would seem they found the perfect balance per dose, hope they never change this formula!!!!

Answer:	I don't think so. It's intended for kids under 8; I got it for my 4 year old granddaughter. The aide should support your daughter's back or stomach as she learns a tumbling move. I think this would be too low. I suggest you measure your daughter from the floor to the waist and find a tumbling aide around than that measurement. There are some 8 sided aides that come in sizes as high as 36 inches that would probably work better for her.

Answer:	I honestly don't know. But I can say I tumbled for years in middle-high school and this matt is comparable to a good gyms mat.

Answer:	I bought this for my daughter when she was 5 1/2 and it was a little big for her, but she was still able to use it with some assistance (I knowingly bought big because I wanted her to be able to use if for many years to come). She is 7 now and its the perfect fit for practicing back flips, but her hands and feet do not touch the floor just yet for back bends.

Answer:	Jennifer, I purchased the XL octagon for my daughter who was 10 years old at the time. It is huge (almost the size of my front loading washer!). She was intimidated at first, but quickly got the hang of it for back walkovers. I would suggest the medium for your child. It may be a little too big right now, but it gives her room to grow with it.

Answer:	I don't know. I bought the XL for a 10 year old girl (average size) last year. It was a bit big at first but she got used to it within a couple tries. If you are questioning to get small versus medium, I might be inclined to get the one she will grow into.

Answer:	I have the medium sized mat and it’s plenty big for my 8 year old for years to come. I usually turn it up on its side and push it up against a wall for storage. Sticks out 15 inches from the wall and is 30 inches wide (and 30 inches tall folded and up on its side)

Answer:	It does fold and it is quite large my granddaughter is 9 years and used it. I would say it would be good for s 14 year older. It is well made and sturdy
