Question:	What are Countries of origin for these
Answer:	Yes to both of those uses. However, it's a bit expensive to use for frying. I use it to season cast iron. It does a great job, creates a hard, slippery surface that holds up well. It does require multiple coats to really make a non-stick surface. I bake pans, etc. at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Question:	is there a book that comes with the set to suggest mix for sleep , healing, energy, etc
Answer:	I put it on my spaghetti, rice, and mix it with cottage cheese.
Question:	Are the bottles glass or plastic
Answer:	Bear in mind that pretty much any gelcaps or otherwise lipid 'pills' don't even come close to the typical serving size of the actual oil product. So, you'd have to take roughly 12+ capsules per day to come close to equating the amounts of Alpha-Lenolenic, Alpha-Lenoleic, and Oleic acids (Omege -3, -6, and -9) you'd get in a tablespoon of the flaxseed oil in this instance. I can understand that a lot of folks can't deal with taking a tablespoon of oil twice a day and believe that they're getting the same dose in a lipid capsule, but that just isn't true. Just take a tablespoon of the oil and chase it with juice or better yet, just blend it into a smoothie or something. As long as it isn't heated (i.e. cooked), you're fine. I think the caps are a waste of money, unless you're willing to take 12+ caps at a time or daily... twice a day. Oh, the oil has a much higher bioavailability rate than a capsule, so there's another reason to just go with the oil :)

Answer:	If buying from Amazon (Prime fulfilled) then it likely doesn't matter whether this oil stored cold. Amazon warehouses have *very* high turnover for grocery products like this. Short term warm storage won't harm the oil. "Either high heat (over 300 degrees F) or sustained heat over a very long period of time can degrade Omega-3 oils. The relatively short transit times and variable seasonal temperatures encountered during transit have been found to be insignificant when tested extensively. Answer:	The liquid from the meat might dilute the flavor, other than that I see no reason why not.

Essential oils are obtained from plant parts using various methods, the most popular being distillation and cold-pressing.

Commercial fragrances that you might find in room sprays, fabric fresheners, candles and perfumes often contain inexpensive, synthetic fragrance compounds. Even essential oils claiming to be “100% pure” may contain chemicals such as phthalates. When it comes to essential oils, quality and purity matter because an adulterated oil (or an oil of subpar quality) will not make as great an impact as a pure, high-quality oil.

Dilution Chart

Essential oils are potent and powerful, meaning you must exercise care and caution with each use. To prevent overexposure, dilution is an important step in using essential oils safely and effectively. To dilute an essential oil, choose a carrier oil and dilution rate that fits your needs. A carrier oil is an oil made up of fatty acids and is non-volatile. Fractionated Coconut oil, Grapeseed oil and Sesame oil are all examples of great carrier oils.

Answer:	The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) added two common constituents of essential oils to their list of substances/chemicals classified as carcinogens: beta-myrcene and pulegone. Effective March 27, 2015, and April 18, 2015, respectively, became subject to enforcement actions if not added to packaging labels as warnings to consumers. It is likely attributed to the traces of beta-myrcene and/or pulegone, naturally occurring chemical substances found present in essential oils. Following "scientific studies" (using the term scientific, loosely) with cases involving rats and/or mice, it was found that "β-myrcene caused kidney cancers in male rats and liver cancer in male mice..." beta-Myrcene—Natural constituent of food plants, such as hop, bay, verbena, lemongrass, citrus, pomegranate, and carrot, and of their juices and essential oils. Also synthesized as a high production volume chemical used in the manufacture of alcohols, polymers and other chemicals.
