Answer:	Idk but we are worried the velcro will scratch our wood floor so I'm ordering some velcro to stick to it. I recommend doing that for the carpet just in case

I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. But I have a feeling it won't. Have no idea what's going on here. Smh

Answer:	Yes, you can stand it upright against a wall and practice handstands. By itself it might not be a stable upright, due to the seam, but to lean against it will be just fine.

Question:	Is it slippery on hard wood floor and tile
Answer:	I got this mat for my little gymnast and it works great for her! It is definitely thicker, but I'm not sure how soft you are needing it to be. When I walk on it I sink down, but not to the floor. My little gymnast uses it for landing on because it has a little give, but not so much that she gets stuck in it, if that makes sense?
Question:	Would this work well under an indoor slide for a toddler? We just bought our 1.5 year old an indoor slide (she's a climber!) and we want something under it to protect her from landing on our hardwood floor when she slides off the end

Answer:	Very thick and perfect under a kip bar. I do not worry if my 5 yr old will get hurt as it is soft and thick. We have tile floors so there's no cushion!

Answer:	The answer is it depends on what your 11-yr old is doing with it. If you are using it as a landing mat in conjunction with a 4-in mat, then yes. Great for 11-yr old and above. If you want to use as a way to practice going to handstand, then also a good tool. Do not use on carpet and preferably use with another mat, 4-in 4 or 5 ft long mat. This mat is not good for jumping on.

Answer:	I have oak floors, and the mat does not slip at all while my daughter is practicing tumbling. We do not keep the mat out all the time, but my daughter does get it out often and use it, and often times it stays in the living room overnight, and it has done no harm at all to our floors. I would very highly recommend this mat. It is so refreshing when you actually get a good value for your money. Oh, and my daughter and I are both sensitive to chemical smells, and this mat has caused no problem for us.

Answer:	I don't think I would use it for that purpose. It is firm and would not really cradle the body. I have used crashed pads with students I work with and would look for something with more foam like blocks.

Answer:	Yes. There is Velcro on all 4 sides.

Answer:	Yes, just like the picture. You end up with one thick mat with handles. It would be very good for travel.

Question:	Smell of matt is so bad i have to place outside of apartment. it smells like it’s emitting toxic gases. what chemicals or gases are used in the mat
Answer:	I have had this mat for over a year and have not noticed any smells. Maybe when it was first taken out of the box. But I haven’t really noticed anything. It’s probably coated nylon to make it waterproof and sweat proof and to give it some puncture resistance. Mine is fine but maybe they have changed materials since I purchased mine.

Answer:	It's pretty big box. 5ft tall and 15 inches wide

Answer:	No, it is not fire retardant. I just called the company for fire retardant information and they returned my call and stated that this was not fire retardant.

Answer:	I’m not exactly sure but it does seem to be water resistant. I’d say some kind of plastic or vinyl material.

Answer:	I would wait until they move a little better. It’s big and shifts when jumped on. My daughter was a year and a half when I purchased.

This high quality closed-cell foam is the industry standard and is used for competition gymnastics. The closed-cell foam will last much longer than standard open cell foam.

The cross-linked foam allows for a firm mat with minimal sinking, but is still soft enough for a comfortable landing.
