| Answer: | I have been using this for Plantar Fasciitis in the past. This little bauble relies on you using your foot and ankle in combination, which means with a fused ankle as mentioned already, it might not be a good fit for you in stretching your calf muscles. I think this might work better to help with your issue. OPTP Stretch-EZ - Foot and Leg Stretcher for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Calf, Thigh and Hip (433). It is also on Amazon and might be worth looking into. |
