Answer:	No, it does not come with a mat. A mat has to be purchased separately.

Answer:	All you have to do is use included strap and use it slowly. I use mine on the open floor and I have tight hips but the machine is small enough for small people and adjusts even for my vvb legs and I'm 6ft 1in.

Answer:	Probably not safely, it has a squared hook for a door so when you close the door it holds it, anything else might let it slip off, youd have to nail it to a wall or something. Hope this helps !!

Answer:	Getting it up there often might prove difficult ... and you’d want it on a door that is not used particularly often. That way it can just stay there. Using it on a door that high might be difficult for a short child. An adult or teen shouldn’t have an issue.

Question:	has anyone has delivery delays with the seller? I ordered on 1216 for a Gary did delivery by 12:24 and the item has not shipped yet
Answer:	I ordered on 12/2 and it said guaranteed delivery by 12/18. It did not arive untill mid January. It was meant for a christmas present so I was pretty bummed out. You just shouldn't guarantee a delivery date if you can't make it. That said.....It's a great bar, very sturdy, and my 8 year old daughter absolutely loves it. But I will probably look for a different company when purchasing other gymnastics items.
