It is lightweight but sturdy. It’s made to be travel friendly. They use weights to hold down the footing. My son uses it without weights. The wooden barre is 38 inches wide, has a diameter of 1.75 inches, and the top of the barre is 37 inches off the ground.

Answer:	It is not and if you are tall, it will be way-way too short! I'm 5'8" and the barre is ~ 4" lower than my hips. :/ it's super nice and I wish it was adjustable!

It is portable and can be moved around by a single adult, however transporting long distances would probably be best disassembled and stored in the box, while pushed on a cart, hand truck or trolley. Answer:	I bought the marfula barre without padding. I don't know if padding is removable. Mine cost more but it is easily assembled and light enough to move.

Answer:	It is about 4 feet 9inches at the highest setting.
Question:	What is it made of for the black/pink frame? Steel or aluminum or something else
Answer:	The frame and braces are steel, the connectors are heavy-duty plastic with steel hardware.
Question:	Is there any way I can order longer barres? I love the barre but would like it to be a little bit longer
Answer:	The bar is long enough what you children to be able to exercise at once. Or one adult. Extending the bars would probably make it very wobbly so no you can't extend the bars
