Answer:	If you are sticking to lighter, faster cardio, you should be OK. This bag is fairly easy for an adult to knock over. You will definitely want to use sand to fill the base as it is much heavier than using water. Smaller and heavier balls are too difficult to track and hit consistently especially for kids. My YoFlow ball is the same size as a tennis ball but a lot softer and lighter in weight. Answer:	I didn't use the headband the company sent to me. I didn't the feel of the headband. So I just attached or tied the elastic cord and ball to the back strap of my sports cap. I could easily change the length of the cord by wrapping the excess cord through and around the hat back strap.

Answer:	Absolutely not. The velcro is top notch.

Answer:	Not necessarily. I only got one and amazon is making me ship the order back if i want the other one. Go figure that one out. If theres a local fight shop near you, consider going there and save yourself the time
Question:	How heavy is the bag itself
Answer:	Well - I would suppose it depends on how big you are. If you are about 200 lbs - I don't think anything would help beyond her own awareness. These pads have a really nice length to them. Not to long, not short. They also have padded straps which is really nice.

Question:	What are the measurements on the stand
Answer:	The stand is larger than the picture makes it appear (relative to the heavy bag). The widest part of the base is about 4 ft across. The base is about 5 ft long from front to back, and the top is about 7 ft above the floor.

Question:	Does it have to be mounted to a ceiling
Answer:	no, doesn't need to be mounted - that's why I bought this product. Works perfect for what I was looking for. My old bad mounted to the ceiling and shook my house when I hit it.
Question:	Is it ok for a 2nd floor apartment
Answer:	I don't see why it wouldn't be. We have our's outside, only because we didn't have room inside, but I think it would be perfectly fine inside an apartment, even on the second floor. We really enjoy ours! Be aware, this thing comes shipped in 2 boxes. I was really frustrated with Fed Ex, about this shipment. Just FYI. I thought it would have been helpful information, to know that it comes in 2 boxes. I hope this helps!!

Answer:	I have no idea. I don’t speak Chinese.....but they definitely work great for my ninja!

Answer:	No. They are for Kata only.
Question:	How does the bag not tip over or fly across the room when struck while standing
Answer:	Width wise it's 12 in. And 18 in. Long, I could only fit one pair of 16 oz gloves, it's pretty small, it has a mesh pocket in the front that fits two pairs of hand wraps and a side mesh pocket that holds a water bottle, hope this helps.
