Answer:	Well their are different sizes men’s, woman’s and kids gloves. Just need to be specific when ordering.

Answer:	They will break in. I normally wear wrist wraps. It took about three weeks until I could introduce wrist wraps. I've been a martial artist for 20 plus years. Love Hayabusa.

Answer:	I’m about 5’11 and it’s only about chest height for me

Answer:	We have a tri level house. The bottom half is the garage. I can hear him hitting it a little on the second floor. If you’re in an apartment, I really don’t know how it would sound above someone.

Answer:	This set can withstand punches from adolescents and adults. Use moderation and your best judgement on how hard you hit it. It can take a lick, but the object of the set is to provide a great workout and you'll get a long useful life out of it if you use it moderately.
Question:	Is sand better to put than water? Or vise versa
Answer:	Sand weighs more than water but water is easier to work with. Try it with water first. Depending on how vigorously you strike the bar you may find, like most people, that water provide sufficient ballast. If, after you use the set, you find you need more weight you can change the water out and replace it with sand. For the most weight, you can also use a combination of sand and water. Mixing both will give you the heaviest and most effective ballast.

Question:	Is the bag real leather or is it synthetic
Answer:	Synthetic.
Question:	Does this bag have an even feeling or does it develop hard spots at the bottom or soft spots where abuse is frequent
Answer:	I haven't had mine for that long but there is no settling of the material or hard spots. The material is evenly distributed and is the same feel no matter where you hit the bag.
Question:	how is this bag hung from the ceiling
Answer:	It depends on your ceiling. I have mine in the basement which does not have a finished ceiling. I purchased a steel bracket that goes between the joists. This give me alittle more height as my basement ceiling is a bit low. Works great. There are also brackets that can be screwed into one ceiling joist. You have to determine your situation. Just make sure that you are attaching it to a joist as this is heavy!
Question:	How much of a beating can this bag take? Anyone had it for a long time? 115lb female
Answer:	If you can wear this thing out, I’d be very impressed.

Answer:	I got 2 pads for that price when I ordered them. They are just as good as the Tapout and Hybusa ones for a fraction of the price. I use them twice a week, during my workouts, and they are still firm. They DO have a strong "new vinyl" for several months, but you wont notice it as much as my ultra pregnant wife... I didnt.

Answer:	I think the best option is always to hang it from the ceiling, if you can. It is the cheapest option and most effective. There are a couple of problems I have experienced with stands. One is that they don't offer a wide range of motion. As you punch or kick, you will not want to stand in the same place. Most trainers will tell you to move around as you throw your strikes. A stand will limit your ability to do that because the legs get in the way. The other problem is that stand tend to move all over the place as you punch them. A lot of people will weight them down with something, but I have found that it takes a lot to get them to stay put.Unfortunately, the ceiling wasn't an option for me, so I bought a wall mount system. I'm pretty happy about it. It still limits my range to 180 degrees, but it's a lot better than the 45 - 80 degrees that I would get with a stand.

Question:	Is it possible to order just the speed bag? My shipment came earlier than usual and my dog tore it to shreds. I still have the hardware just need bag
Answer:	I suggest you buy the everlast punch wood beam bag hanger also as I did. It will allow your bag to swivel and is easy to attach to a spot on your ceiling where a wooden beam is behind the sheetrock. I also bought the Ringside bag spring. It cuts down on the amount of swing the bag gets after you punch it. Allowing for faster punching. It also is supposed to reduce the wear and tear on your bag. But I would get the Title spring brand. I had to rig the Ringside one because one of the rings is open on one side.

Answer:	It's heavy enough that you will want to make sure it is hanging from a stud in the ceiling. You can also get the ceiling mount kit here on Amazon. It allows it to pivot and will distribute the weight a bit for safety.

Answer:	Depends entirely on how you kick it. Kick it (or punch it) with bad form and you can and will injure yourself.

Answer:	Feels like to me there are some hard stuffing towards the bottom of the bag. The feel when hit is different from the upper part. The upper part is kinda right - solid but not harsh on the gloved fists. But the bottom part is pain to punch with moderate power. I have had this bag for less than a week so it is not related to slow sedimentation.
