Question:	What size should I get? I am 150lbs, male and use it for training
Answer:	all gloves fit the same on the inside. the size is in reference to the amount of padding the glove offers. 16 oz means more padding and is typically used for sparring. 12 oz is lesser padding and typically used for bag work. I suggest using 16's for both because the added weight adds to the workout and increases the stamina in your arms (keep em up) :) if in doubt, ask your gym!
Question:	Is there a recommended XL glove? It's a challenge to get both gloves on without any handwraps
Answer:	Try Windy. They make great gloves and the hand space was much better for me than the hayabusas. It seems to me that the hayabusas are more form fitting.
Question:	Does each color of gloves come with the same, matching color of handwraps? Do purple gloves come with purple handwraps
Answer:	I received black wraps with the red gloves so I am assuming that is the universal color that will come with all glove. I suggest their quick wraps once back in stock instead.
Question:	How come it only lets you choose weight of the glove an not size
Answer:	Choosing weight of the gloves is the industry standard. Also, different manufacturers, whether textile or clothing, have their own standards. In my case, I have small hands (I am 5'7" @ 185lbs, yep fat), but I wanted to get a workout with heavier gloves and the got 16 oz, but they were too big and ended up getting the 12 oz as it fit better and was more comfortable. That is my experience with Hayabusa S4 Training Gloves.

Answer:	The weights of these gloves are true to their listings. However, the attachment of the velcro wrist strap does increase the overall weight and is not factored into the size listing.
Question:	I'm a beginner who wight 210lbs and 6'1 tall(4.3 fist width), and train more with a punching bag then sparring. what size should I take
Answer:	Good morning. If you're not planning on sparring with these gloves I would recommend a 12oz or 14oz for bag work. Answer:	I would strongly recommend against it. Don't get me wrong -- these are awesome gloves which I strongly recommend for MMA and Krav (and wherever else MMA gloves needed). They are not designed for heavy bag use despite their amazing wrist support (I believe industry-leading for MMA gloves). Your hands have a multitude of tiny little bones in them that can easily be damaged no matter how big/strong they may appear to be. When hitting a heavy bag, I'd strongly advise you to protect your hands using both (A) 16 oz boxing gloves and (B) hand wraps underneath them.

Answer:	The gloves are very good. using gel wrap probably will be ok. Gloves have enough padding. I suggest buying two pairs. One at each size. You want be disappointed with the gloves
