Answer:	Hi Diane, These were a gift so I don't know how he determine size BUT, I'am 5' 105lbs. and they fit good' My daughter is 5'3" so I had her try them on, they fit her good also. My middle finger is 2 3/4" long, my daughters is 3" long if you put the end of a ruler just touching the web and lay your middle finger against the ruler, that is how I measured it. Answer:	Not sure if this question has been answered yet, however, for those reading for the future here is the deal ladies and gentlemen. It does not matter if you are 5'2 or 6'4 what matters is your weight. They have weight classes for a reason. Generally the more you weight the harder you punch so you would want a heaver glove for the added protection. Not all gloves are created equal so I can't comment on this particular brand. This is simply from a general overview. For example, Rival gloves are known for their protection and wrist support on their gloves. They are also extremely expensive; I have the RB-10 and while they have great padding and excelling wrist support they are $150. Title Gel gloves also have great support. Ok, so now back to this again. These gloves look very good and prob have good protection but don't expect the world okay. Get nothing less than 12 oz and the reason why is unless you are 90 lb 8 to 10 oz are for competition not bag work. 12 to 14 oz are general bag work. The entire point behind gloves are to have weight behind them to allow you to get tired to train harder but not go overboard. Otherwise, just do shadow boxing. So why not get 16 oz? Well you can if you are 180 or above as generally you are a bigger guy or gal and the lighter oz will feel like 6oz gloves. If you are say 155 lbs and use 16 oz yeah, be better protection in theory, but too heavy for you beyond 2-3 rounds. I personally have both 12 and 14 oz and I prefer the 12 oz. I feel like I get good work in and able to land a lot of power shots and can easily go for 8 or 9 rounds 30 seconds break. I have 5'6 and 143 lbs. To sum up. 12 oz is the sweet spot if up to 155. 14 oz oz for 155 to 180 lbs and 16 oz for 180 and above. Typically 16 oz are sparring gloves but if have extra weight you can and should be able to support it in your hands. Any Question let me know. I am a certified boxing coach

Answer:	I'd pick a glove based on your size/weight rather than your hand size. Hand wraps are mandatory if you don't want to injure your hands or cause issues down the road, and wraps will fill out the glove regardless of your hand size. My 12 year old wears 16 oz gloves when he spars for protection, but 12 oz gloves for training. I am 5'11 180 lbs male and I wear 16 oz gloves for both sparring and bag work. I'd urge you to look at a higher end glove if you are using them regularly. These are really cheaply made gloves and will probably hurt your hands.

Answer:	The only suggestion I have seen is to hold it with 5-7 Ibs. of sand or water.

Answer:	We put water in ours and that was the major problem we had with it. If we filled the bladder with water, we could not move it simply by picking it up. The base was too heavy. If we half filled it, it would fall over and the water would congregate on one side. I wish that we had the option of filling it with sand and letting the air out of the bladder. As it was the kids lost interest in it before we got the sand.

Answer:	Sand weighs more than water but water is easier to work with. Try it with water first. Depending on how vigorously you strike the bar you may find, like most people, that water provide sufficient ballast. If, after you use the set, you find you need more weight you can change the water out and replace it with sand. For the most weight, you can also use a combination of sand and water. Mixing both will give you the heaviest and most effective ballast.

Answer:	Thanks for the note and interest in our Classic Muay Thai Shorts! If your waist measurement is at bottom end of the sizing for a particular size you should be fine to stay in that size. If your waist measurement is towards the top end you will likely need to go to the next size up. If you have the boxing cup on hand you could always measure your waist with the cup on and order the corresponding size. Question:	Is there any difference between these 12 oz gloves and the Everlast pink "for women" 12 oz gloves
Answer:	I believed the only difference in the gloves is that one is for female and one is for male, perhaps the female is more little more lightweight and made to fit a ladies hand whereas the male has bigger hand fitting.

Answer:	I am using them for about 6 month, 4 time by weeks and there no scratch on it or broken thing, for this price its the BEST glove you can buy belive me , the training one are made for Sparring* those one are for punching the sandbag
Question:	will the gloves stinks after using several times
Answer:	To be honest, you always have to dry and air any kinda gloves after use so they can ventilate. But I personally have another pair from Flashsport as practice gloves, I know that they have special linings so it keeps the inner scent not as bad.
