Answer:	It depends on how much room you have in there, I guess. The 10 oz is a bit loose on me by the 12 oz is too big. I can slide my hand out of it without opening the straps. My hand from wrists to tip of middle finger is about 7 inches and tip of thumb to pinky is about 7.5.

Answer:	It's not that it runs small. The glove is just cut too snug. It's not for large hands or long fingers. Fingers pertrude the fingertip in glove when making a full fist. Padding good and thick. So thick it makes you punch harder to get feedback on the bag.

Answer:	I would suggest getting a different kind of glove. These gloves do run small but it didn't bother me to much because my hands are small.

Answer:	They do run small and are snug on my big hand. My wife has very small hands (she is 5 feet) and after a wrap, the 14 oz. fit perfect and the 16oz. are just a touch large. Again, she has very small hands. I might go with the 14oz. Hope that helps
