| Answer: | The interior dimensions are 5" high, without the rack or baking pan in the baking slot. However, you need to insert the rack (There are 3 slots for the rack, each 1" apart; 1-bake; 1-toast; 1-broil) With the rack in the baking slot position you have 4-1/2" of height. With the baking pan inserted your height is 3-1/2". Those are absolute max heights. I would allow about 1/2" extra space. Width is 12" and the depth of the oven is 10". Hope this helps. Unfortunately, Breville's website doesn't give these critical dimensions. We use ours for defrosting frozen chicken, reheating pizza, toast. Never tried to do anything fancy, for which we have Viking Professional oven and stove top. |
