Version one is no longer in production, and features sliding clips on the rim, and a smaller net that attaches to the hooks on the inner edge of the rim. Versions two and three are very similar, the primary difference being the leg structure. In version three, some improvements were made to allow the legs to bend and fold with greater ease and less likelihood of breaking. The vast majority of current purchases are being fulfilled with version three sets, as inventory of version two sets is nearly and will soon be exhausted.

Answer:	Used this product on a recent beach vacation for two weeks. The balls appear to be wood covered with a lacquered paint. We used it for a beach game along the shore, and if the balls got wet, we dried them with our bathing suit or a towel and continued playing. No issues, would so recommend this product, planning to take to the beach this weekend.

About:

Played anywhere there is sand, TidalBall combines the competition of cornhole, the ease of bocce ball, and the portability of a turkey sandwich. It's a beach game for all ages, from hyper kids to adult-beverage-toting "grown-ups." The entire game is contained in a 10-ounce sand and water proof bag. The Rules

In the hole, 3 points. In the trench, 1 point. Four players, split into two teams. Teammates on opposing side, alternate tosses like horseshoes or cornhole. Classic cancel out / net scoring. The Science is in the Balls

The right balls make all the difference. Full disclosure, when we invented the game, we started with golf balls. We quickly learned that golf balls are too heavy. Golf balls leave divots and tracks in the hard packed sand, and they are useless in the soft pack sand. Plus when a friend or family loses a golf ball in the ocean, it's tough to enjoy the rest of the game. Although our balls are proprietary information, here are the details we can divulge.

TidalBall's Origin

Answer:	I have had mine for nearly a year and they are fine. No fraud or bends in them. It is true that if struck hard enough with a Frisbee that it goes down easily but they stay i tact.

Answer:	Kelly,Yes the game is super fun in the water on a sand bar. Depending on the sand you may want to remove the footpiece so you can push the pole deeper into the sand. You can leave the footpiece on in some instances and twist into the sand as well. One note of caution, take the poles apart and rinse before sliding them into the collapsed position again. Sometimes sand can get in between which will make it difficult to slide together and will scratch the paint. If you are using in salt water, give each one of the snap buttons a squirt of WD40 or the like to prevent long term rusting. The bottles and disc float. Answer:	You can play 1 v. 1, as Stephanie pointed out you do need to be able to catch the disc and bottle with one hand. Please take a look at our video to master what is called the "flip catch". This is when the disc hits the pole or bottle and you immediately catch the disc, flip it over and use the disc to catch the bottle. This takes a while to master, but, it is also an important defensive move when playing 2 v. 2 where your partner cannot reach the disc or bottle. Have fun !!

Answer:	Hello - While it is water resistant, we recommend storing the set away in a safe place away from any elements when not in use to prolong the life of the set.
Question:	Does the ladder toss fall over easily
Answer:	It didn't fall over but it is super cheaply made. The poles melted in the sun and bent over so it was unusable.
Question:	is it sand weigted
Answer:	No. The design has a fairly broad base for stability, and the bills aren't too heavy. As a result, the units don't tip during play. You could add sand to the bottom tubes, if you wanted but it would be a mess to clean up.
Question:	Can 4 year olds play this game
Answer:	My 4 year old grandson plays this all the time and loves it. We just let him stand a little closer to the target and it works great.

Answer:	Rules come with the game. If I remember correctly, Slammo has slightly different scoring then Spikeball. Check them both and play the way you want to.

Answer:	From the comments we read in this Q&A section, we were impressed and reassured that the company would repair/replace damages parts of the game.However, we now question this information as our 3 emails to this company have gone unanswered for the past 9 days. We were unable to find any other way to contact this company. We did decide to return our game and try another brand (or possibly reorder and hope we don't experience the same issues with a new Slammo game), since we really enjoy this game and would like to continue to play.

Question:	Do the Kans collapse for storage in a dorm
Answer:	Kan Jam will lay flat on the ground. Can be stored under a bed -- in a closet. Each Kan is about 1/4 inch wide so both Kan's together is takes up less than an inch of space. The height of the can is about 3 feet the length is about 4 1/2 feet -- as indicated earlier it lays flat so can either be put to the side of a bed by the wall or under the bed.
Question:	Is this game suitable for the beach
Answer:	If you are looking for the most fun you have ever had on the beach, then yes, this game is for you! It can get a bit tricky if there is a lot of wind, but if it is too windy, you can always bring the goals closer to each other to lessen the impact of the wind.
Question:	Has anyone done anything to reinforce the kans to the ground to keep it steady when the frisbee hits it
Answer:	we tied rope around the cans then staked it down.. it didn't really work out so well. then later i found out at a local can jam tournament that there are rules in the book about the can falling over. so your not supposed to tie it down. a for instance is apparently if the disc goes in the top but the can falls over and the disc rolls back out of the top its considered a hit not a basket so its not worth three points. however i have used duck tape to make a little cross section inside the bottom and placed rocks on the duck tape so we could play on windy days and that seemed to work pretty well and it only cost like 3 bucks

Answer:	This specific question can only be answered with more questions...(in the 4 months ur speaking of) Are these Thursdays going to be thirsty Thursdays? (if so, yes) Will this be consecutive Thursdays in a row such as a weekly battle royal (wit cheese) then, yes. Will there be blood? (...maybe, but most likely self inflicted) My suggestion: drink in one hand at all times or disqualification is in order, always have a wingwan/teammate, best of three games (aka a match), winner moves into winners bracket, loser moves on to the special Olympics (aka the "participation ribbon bracket"), all finished drink containers (cans, cups, shot glasses, etc.) are saved to make winners trophy designed and built by all members of the "participation ribbon bracket" (no exceptions), all members of the "participation ribbon bracket" are required to buy the beverages for the next season/league (only ones exempt are the winners of the "participation ribbon bracket" ...enjoy responsibly
