Answer:	It's powered by a battery. When you hit the stop button it stops timing but the display stays on. To save the battery you can turn it off completely, that is turn off the display itself.

Answer:	Yes cut and push expander in till tight fit , I put expander in then took out and put epoxy on expander , let it set up , then epoxy in extension

Answer:	You don’t need steel extensions. The end that goes into the shaft didn’t fit into the graphite shaft I needed longer so you need to cut open the end so it will squeeze into a small shaft. I epoxied it into the shaft, waited until the next day for it to be dry and then I put two wraps of tape under a new grip. It gave me a 2” extension on my 7 Hybrid. It would work the same for an iron metal shaft too.

Answer:	The two things I know about soft tip boards. 1. Always buy your own set of darts because the cheap ones that come with the board are never great, they are more for extra players that want to try darts. 2. Twist to the right when you go to pull them out and it's much easier. I would rather have them stick in a little hard rather than constantly picking them off the floor because they fell out easily.

Question:	Can I mount this in an aluminum cabinet
Answer:	you can if you dont mind drilling a hole for the mounting screw, also i wouldn't recommended it if you play with good darts, if you miss the board your darts are hitting aluminum

Answer:	Have not tried but suspect you can IF you can put some kind of lag shield into the concrete. I would get a 2' x 2' piece of 3/4" plywood, mount THAT to the concrete using lag sheilds, and mount dartboard on the plywood. Or buy some 1/4" cork squares, mount those on the plywood and attach board that way. I just did that in my garage and it works quite well. In case you miss (some friends do after a beer or two) then the dart hits cork/wood, not concrete. Much safer and easier on the darts. More than you wanted to know.

Answer:	True story. I had a dart bounce out and hit my cat on the head. The dart stuck in her skull above her right eye. (I keep my darts sharp) She ran downstairs with the dart still attached and hid under a bed. She looked like a unicorn bobbing her head all around attempting to shake off the dart. I was able to calm her down and pull it out. She’s fine and she still comes upstairs with me when I throw but she keeps safe a distance behind the oche and that’s what you should do!

Answer:	I live in Southern California where it rarely rains, there's no such thing as humidity & the only wet condition is inside of my Depends. In turn, I leave mine outside perpetually and it looks good as new still after 4 years it still looks brand new, though the colors are a bit sun bleached.
