Question:	I bought a lp600v2 why does it keep turning off? is there a setting to prevent this
Answer:	My opinion of these is that they will not slip until you want them to. That's what I like about them. If I'm working on something, even a wet floor, they don't slide involuntarily. But when I want them to slide, I can just slide my knee across the surface and move myself. I don't like the other kind that have you stuck in place and you have to lift your knees up off the surface every time you want to move the slightest bit. I guess for the price, worth a try to see if they work for you. I can't say I've ever tried them on metal roof panels!
Question:	Where is access to the batteries? Suggest the company include an instruction sheet that covers this question, plus how to use strobe & other settings
Answer:	Contact the seller listed on your original invoice. However, if your like me, I don't always keep my emails forever. Then you got a problem. Check tag on knee pads, maybe that will help.

Answer:	Actually, the knee pads have one long stretchable strap that goes through the pad. From one end to another, the length of it is ~11 13/16 inches (excluding the Velcro attachments). They indeed attach by Velcro. If it happens that the knee pads are not a good fit for you, please contact us at [email protected] and we promise to replace them or issue you a refund.
