The values for a 1 - 12 month baby are: minimum = 75/50 normal = 90/60 maximum = 100/75 BP readings should be at it's lowest between 3 to 4 am, then peaks usually between 8 to 10 am, then slowly lowers and then peaks again between 3 to 5 pm for older people, not sure about this age range.
