Question:	Is the waterproof connector end male or female
Answer:	It’s been some time since my install and can’t recall exactly however I do know that the connector that it came with was the “opposite sex” that it needs to be. That being said I had to cut wires and solder the factory plug to make it work. Hope that helps

Answer:	the round thumb throttle is waterproof wires. If you have some experience, you can do this. Cut the connector wires of the controller and the thumb throttle, then wrap them with insulating tape.
