Answer:	I think Fakespot may be a little pessimistic, BUT... if you filter by Verified Purchaser you get a different sense of things. (meaning Amazon knows they purchased it... YES, you can review something on Amazon WITHOUT purchasing it). With the filter on there are 480 4/5 star reviews vs. 110 1/2 reviews. Without the filter it's 870 4/5 reviews vs 130 1/2 reviews. Hmm... Awful lot of unverified positive reviews...
Question:	Why does it say that fakespot says that only 13.8% of these reviews for the scope are real
Answer:	Does not come with batteries. ***Important note*** .....do not buy CR123 substitutes. They typically put out 3.7 volts instead of the 3V using the 123s. I used a substitute and it fried my light.

Answer:	Yes, The ATN X-Site 4K Pro does include an IR Illuminator. However, if you want good night vision past 45 yards, purchase an aftermarket IR Illuminator. For the $$, this scope has a lot of features and the battery life is excellent.

Answer:	The honeycomb filter prevents sunlight from reflecting off of the objective lens back toward the target. When hunting, glare from the lens can flash in certain lighting conditions/angles and spook the animal.

Answer:	I’m not sure but I can tell you not to buy this model much less anything from atn. I was sold a defective unit and tried to claim warranty but since they no longer make this model they do not back their warranty. Very bad company

Answer:	There are two adapters available, one that mounts to a Pic rail and another that adapts to your scope. Both should include a 1x lens to replace the 3x lens that is included on the monocle. Be wary that they are hard to come by now and cost a couple hundred dollars.

Answer:	It comes with a J Arm, but not the rhino mount plate that attaches to your helmet. I have a Norotos rhino mount on my helmet, and had to file down the J arm to fit properly, but that is common.

Answer:	It is a digital zoom which can make it a little grainy at max. If you make sure that your firmware is updated, they have improved image quality which helps.

Answer:	It’s not military grade, but it is solid. Having studied about it prior to buying it, if you don’t beat it up, and take a little extra care with it, should last a long time. Definitely need the battery pack though. Used it last night shooting wood rats with a pellet rifle and had a ball. Game changer at night.

As it only looks at heat signatures so it doesn’t matter if it is day or night, but I would not recommend it at night as it makes it a bit difficult to shoot,as what your eyes see and what it sees are different depending upon heat signatures. However it is a must have!
