Answer:	No
Question:	Do I need a separate plan for each device
Answer:	Hi, yes the plans are individual to each unit so they must be purchased seperatly.
Question:	Can you turn your camera off and on using your phone
Answer:	Greetings, you can stop receiving the pictures on the Spypoint app if the cellular option in the app is turn off. But the Cell-Link cannot be turned off using the phone.
Question:	If i buy two , do i have to buy a subscription for both
Answer:	No, not necessarily. Each one will come with 100 free photos a month. If you want/need any more than that, you'll have to purchase a monthly plan.

Question:	Will this camera record sound
Answer:	The ones i bought has no sound. But the do take pictures of NOTHING OVER AND OVER that way you get to pay them and get NOTHING FOR IT..! LESS than 1% have Any animal in the picture more like 1 in 700 pictures have an animal. The flash claims 100" this is far from correct also, you are lucky if you get 50-60 feet. The manual is 90% useless also, it is clear that it is for a different camera. It even refers you to pages that are NOT there. Support is also lacking and needs to be greatly improved on. I will Not buy again.
Question:	Can you turn the camera on and off instantly from your phone
Answer:	I can’t find a feature that simply turns the camera on and off. But, it can be done by setting “work” times. That being said, you might as well leave it on all the time. Because it doesn’t work worth a crap. I highly recommend finding a better camera. Wish I had.

Question:	How close do i need to be to turn the wifi on using the remote? it doesn't seem to work unless i am right next to it. am i doing something wrong
Answer:	You need to experiment on distance. Also check the setting because the wifi turns itself off after a minute, but you can change that to three minues.
Question:	Is the ir no glow or low glow
Answer:	At night the red leds are pretty bright. Definitely not what i would call low glow. Leds are off when the camera is not taking a picture but they definitely “glow” when taking a picture.
Question:	Will camera connect to home pc wifi ？I intend using camera for farm surveillance
Answer:	Don't believe it can be connected into and become part of a network. My phone can connect directly to the camera via wifi but in my implementation the phone has to have first been disconnected from the home network.
Question:	How far does the wifi reach w/the app & will a metal carport interfear w/the wifi connection? tks
Answer:	With full batteries my max range was about 35-40 yards

Question:	Does this camera browning pro scout cellular trail camera have holes for a python cable lock
Answer:	Turn the operational switch of the camera to a ''TEST'' position, click the ''MENU'' button, and using the arrow keys navigate to the option called ''Format Memory Card'' (it's almost at the very end,). Once that's done, click the ''OK'' button. After that a message will pop up on the screen, stating that all of the data on the microSD card will be deleted. Select ''Yes'' and click the ''OK'' button once again to confirm your selection. That's it, your microSD card will be formatted, and if there were any faulty files on it - they will not cause any issues anymore as they will be deleted.
Question:	How many batteries
Answer:	Here's my take on very simplified steps: insert alkaline(note) batteries and micro SD card. Slide switch to TEST; MENU→Format memory card，Use arrow keys to select YES; when asked if you want to format the card (which wHill erase all data), then OK; to complete the instruction. To skip personalized settings simply position cam as desired and slide switch to ON; It will count down from 15 seconds so close the cam and secure latches quickly. Once the 15 seconds are up it will record automatically when motion is detected. That said, you'll be happier with the results if you instead slide the switch toTEST; then use 1.) the Menu button, 2.) the arrow keys to move through the menu, and the OK; button to select the various choices. Doing that you can set the date, resolution, whether you want video or still photos or both, etc., to your preferences. Easy once you start playing with it. View the filmed results either with REPLAY; and watching on the screen, or by connecting the cable to your laptop or whatever you're using.
Question:	what is the battery life
Answer:	Class 10, micro sd(TF) card,I'm using 16GB, which means the writing can support up to 32GB.
Question:	I have total Wireless that uses Verizon networks but it's not a Verizon plan will this work

Answer:	The microchip should be formatted with a computer. Do not use the rapid-format option.
Question:	Why is the pictures look foggy
Answer:	Unless the light was poor when they were taken (check the time), I would call customer service to determine if repair is needed.
Question:	So is the $15 / 120 year program include the cell service? Or is this just for the picture software

Answer:	No. The solar panel is fixed but the technology does not have to be in direct sunlight to charge. It has to have daylight. We have had it mounted for a week or two and it has stayed charged even though it is in the shade part of the day.

Answer:	I had the same problem. It wouldn’t link up to my phone. After hours playing with it and finally getting someone at support we determined that it was the micro SD card was bad. I replaced the cheap card with a sandisk and everything worked as it should.

Answer:	It uses either ATT towers or Verizon towers depending on which flavor of camera you buy. I bought an ATT version because ATT works best in my area. Your area may be different.
Question:	Could this be used as a security camera on a home building project? Will it be taking a ton of pictures when workers are on site during the day
Answer:	We use them on multiple building sites for after hours security. First one in covers it up, or parks trailer in front of it. Don't like big brother watching us work lol. It will trigger all day long and send pictures

Answer:	I own both carriers cameras and they both work equally well here in North Ga. I have 2 of the link Micro series and 5 of the MOULTRIE XV7000I series I'm happy with all of the them. BTW I don't use the modem's for them

Answer:	It still works. It sometimes takes a day or two for photos to transmit and it is unable to take multiple photos in succession - I literally drive by it and all I get is a photo of headlights on the ground - it waits 5 seconds during which time people and cars drive by . Then it waits ten seconds . It works for feeding stations , just not security - it’s advertised as a trailcam anyhew.

Answer:	I had the Verizon Model 1st and it would not even connect in my backyard and to give you and idea I live in the suburbs between D.C. & Baltimore and it wouldn't connect. The ATT version connected right up and worked in the woods. As a side note I was finally able to get a hold of someone at Spypoint and they walked me through some things to try and when that didn't work they are replacing the camera.

Answer:	Yes I went with nationwide and it seems to work you just have to pick whatever service plan.
