Answer:	There was no tripod neither in advertisement, nor in package of my order. BTW, monocular itself is an almost perfect device. Best of 7 different models purchased during last four years.
Question:	can you take a picture with your iPhone
Answer:	Yes, you can with the attachment they include. It is a little clumsy to do so, and the picture will be round (due to the round lens of the monocular). It will also be grainy, depending on how far your subject is/how much magnification.

Question:	What is the maximum waist the hip belt will fit
Answer:	I measured 22 inches on each side for a total of 44 inches with the clasp closed. This is with the straps extended to the very end of the clasp.

Answer:	Mine was wired for furrion but if you pull out the wires enough you will see the factory connections and just cut them and splice in the halos mine works great and just a heads up if you have not had a camera system before mine was wired for hot all the time but the fuse was not put in at the factory so you will have to put one in
Question:	Bought several brand's system( yarky, xroose cm1, zeroxclub w701, amifo a7...)for company's business, want to compare more, but haven't test this unit
Answer:	After search all of these product, answer as below: 1.As for the price, Haloview>Xroose>Zeroxclub>Amifo>Yarky, Haloview has the highest price. 2.As for the picture quality, i found that Xroose and Haloview is the best, then turn to the Zeroxclub and Amifo, finally is the Yarky. the follow result just from other customers. 3.As for rating, Xroose>Amifo>Haloview>Zeroxclub>Yarky. 4.As for the range, Haloview says 982ft, Amifo says 982ft, Xroose says 328ft, Zeroxclub says 100ft, Yarky do not mention. 5.As for the monitor, both are 7 inch, Zeroxclub and Xroose' s monitor has the capacitive touch button. but i haven't use it, so i don't know how it feel. 6.As for the camera, Haloview and Zeroxclub has the glass cover, Yarky Xroose and Amifo do not have.

Answer:	Yes...it should. I have a 40 foot diesel pusher motorhome and I pull a 29 foot trailer. The camera is on the back of my trailer, the monitor is on the dash of motorhome. Camera works great...even going down the highway. That is 69 feet of separation.

Answer:	I measured the field of view to be about 80º. Here's the method I used. I connected my phone to the camera and then looked at the edges of the view through the camera, I then used a compass app on my phone to get the bearings to those edge points. One edge point was at ~85º and the other was at ~165º. That makes the field of view ~80º. If my accuracy is off the field of view might be 90º but certainly not 120º.

Answer:	We are having the same issue. It’s been properly set up but even after allowing it to come to temperatures outside, there is nothing we’re seeing. Answer:	You have to use the little knob that looks like a T and also the long handle bar (you turn the handle bar right to tighten and left to loosen. They are both apart of the stand.

Answer:	I set it up in 5 minutes. I observed the Moon, Venus and Cassini twin stars (actually quad) with in 30 minutes on 25 mm. I have never owned a telescope in my life. The instructions are pictures describing what part goes where under them. How to set up your phone is a bit of a mess but I understood and decided to address that later. I was too excited to see Venus, and then sad when it looked like a big star, lol. There is another way to set it up to see even closer images, so I’ll be experimenting. I want a bigger one now... lol 😂. I’m managing my expectations on the 3X with 10mm parts. I just want to see it all!

Removable Battery Compartment
