How to use it?

A. Assemble the battery into the bore sight.

B. Select the proper adapter that fits in the barrel of your firearm.

How to use?

1.Unscrew the housing from the middle, assemble the battery into it.

2.Select the proper adapter that fits in the barrel of your firearm.

3.Attach the adapter to the small end of the sight and put it into the barrel of your firearm. Then screw the adapter tight to maker bore sight is inserted in until it is sung with the crown of your firearm.

4.When you press the switch button, a bunch of red beam will be emitted.

1. Keep boresighter's beam away from eyes.

2.Before bore sighting your scope, make sure that the firearm is unloaded and the muzzle is pointed in a safe direction.

How to use the bore sight?

1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise

2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down

3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening

4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)

5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt

6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)

7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

Answer:	Good Evening Mitch, I would not buy this product from Amazon. The first laser came defective and arrived at my door stop sending error codes. When I contacted amazon they told me the seller was closed for a week but assured me that if I bought another one the return would go through. Amazon did not return the laser and now I have two of them, out a couple thousand dollars. After months of countless phone conversations and being placed on hold they had me send the laser back. After months of not returning the money and having the laser they returned it after threatening legal action. So now I have two working lasers but I only need one. I would highly recommend going through the supplier directly.

Answer:	It should work no problem, the kit comes with adapters for different caliber barrels. I have used mine on 5.56, 300, and 7.62 rifles with no issues and it does make zeroing quicker on the range.

Answer:	It works quite well on pistols with barrels 4 1/2" or longer but doesn't work in pistols with short barrels because the laser can't get into the bore far enough. If you use it properly it will get you within 3" of center. I've used it on many different rifles and pistols with I really like the results and so do many of my friends and relatives in NC where public shooting ranges especially for rifles are at a minimum.

Answer:	It inserts in the muzzle end. It's got a few expanding inserts of different sizes for use with different calibers. It's got a 5.56 insert so I think it wouldn't have a problem expanding a bit more to 5.7. It's good enough to get within 3-4 inches at 25 yards. You will still have to sight it in properly at the range. It's mostly just good for getting kind of close.

Question:	Has anyone used this on a stainless barrel? I read it uses magnets in addition to the O-rings. Wondering if this causes any problems with stainless
Answer:	I here people say "It is not PURE stainless" or real stainless is not strong enough. Its a 416 stainless meaning it has carbon in it. It is ferrous. "Real" stainless or 300 series isn't magnetic at all. Gun manufacturers don't use it because it is gummy and does not hold shape as well. Its purpose is better suited for wear resistance on static non bearing surfaces. Remington found this out the hard way on their 1911 pistols.

1. Choose right size adapter for your barrel (Please check the detail size of adapter in this product page).

2. Use the screwdriver to tight the screw into the adapter. Just make the size is fine to fix in your barrel.

Insert the boresighter into barrel, make it stable in barrel

1. Insert the boresighter (with adapter) into barrel, and sure adapter is fixed (stable) in barrel

2. Note: you might not need to insert the full length of boresighter, once you can keep it stable in barrel, then ok

Please be attention:

1. Due to different gun specific, you might need to do minimal adjustment (For most of time, it is zeroed in factory).

2. Please make sure the adapter is stable in barrel, otherwise it will have influence on zeroing when in barrel

3. We recommend you to test the boresighter at about 15-30 meter, for getting the result you want

4. The boresighter is mounted in the bore (means it sits in the barrel). It is used to adjust sights or optics to near zero

5. Before order, please be sure you do not mind doing fine adjustment when needed. Highly appreciated~

How to use the bore sight?

1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise

2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down

3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening

4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)

5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt

6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)

7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

Answer:	I’ve had mine over 90 days and it’s still on factory charge. It seems to have a very long stand-by battery life. I check the laser and light every night I install it on Gustav the Glock.
Question:	Can you practice trigger pull without damaging the laser sight
Answer:	I have a Springfield XDM 3.8 9mm. The Firefly WILL Fit the Grooves, under the barrel. If your gun has the Grooves, in the Picture of the Firefly, it will Fit!!!. There is an attaching piece, that slides along the slot (along the side of the Grooves) that tightens with a pin. There is Plenty of room, under the front of the Barrel. You can make it work, I did. Answer:	Basically just one. The entire body of the Fire Fly is an inch and a half long. The span of the rail mount is 3/4". Hope that helps.
