Answer:	Hello this is Joe from ComfortTac. This holster does not have a clip or any way to "hold" IWB besides friction. If you wear tight fitting pants it may hold but the grip material on the holster may not be comfortable against your skin.

With light shirts the extension mags have print issues but if you wear loose shirts and jackets you shouldn’t have any major issues just use the flush mags and carry the extension mag in a pouch, the shoulder rig is very comfortable with loose shirts or jackets coats or zippering hoodies,

Answer:	It's a paddle holster that has a hook which secures it to your belt. This is my EDC rig and it stays very secure.

Answer:	It is a paddle retention system. Would work, but would have to tuck in your pants as well.

Answer:	Please rephrase your question, it makes no sense. Do you need one with a flashlight/laser or without and if so what kind. The holster I bought was made for a Sig Sauer P238 with a Streamlight w/TLR-6 Light/Laser.
