| Answer: | I have two of these for different pistols. A large SIG 250 in 45 and an ATI Thunder. It is designed for Weapons lights mounted on rails. It looks like you would need an open top holster for MOS configured Glock 41. Something like a SERPA or a FOBUS but I do not know if they make a holster to fit the Glock 41. In the past, I have had to make modifications to a holster or just make one to fit a custom modification to pistols. This holster could be modified with a slot in the front top. There is some black piping that runs around the entire edge of this holster that could be easily matched at a fabric store. A leather smith could do the modifications. Find someone into cowboy shooting (Old Single Actions) and they will know somebody into making and fixing holsters. These folks are generally very helpful as they have done this kind of thing before. I really like this holster. In daily use, it provides a lot of protection to a firearm. Good luck with this. It is worth the effort! |

I wouldn't really recommend going over 4" because the only thing protecting the crown and barrel at that point is the length-adjustment piece {it will still be exposed from the top and bottom). |
