Answer:	I just checked my caddy and I don't have form of switches on it. If what you think is true, ie, used by the laptop for self diagnostics I would try the caddy in your computer and see if the switch position impacts your drive. SATA drives are hot swappable so if the computer doesn't see your drive remove drive try changing the switch possible and try again.

Answer:	I'm not sure how fast those Nerf balls travel, but the metal on this target is pretty heavy. My sons shoot .177 pellets at it (traveling 1,000 feet per second), shooting from about 40 feet away, and they don't move the yellow target area much. Hope this helps!

Answer:	How are you trying to cock it? You have to take the barrel and bend it down until it clicks and easy the bring back up into position. It's not real easy to do but doable once you know how. Just try a little harder. If it still doesn't want to cock send it back. Always use prime so if there is ever a problem you can ship it back for free. If you didn't lesson learned and bite the bullet and the the useless gun back.

Don't be stupid treat guns of all types with respect. Could it kill a coyote? Yes but it's not the weapon for that (IMO) and you would have to be damn close to it.

Answer:	There are several differences besides the size of the pellet. The .22 operates at subsonic speed which is less than the speed of sound meaning it is quieter than the .177 which doesn't operate at subsonic speeds. The .22 caliber also has more stopping power because of the larger diameter pellet which also makes the pellet heavier so it can be used for larger game (like rabbit sized) than the .177 (like squirrel sized).
Question:	What is the quality of the included scope? What is its retail value and why
Answer:	Scope seemed pretty good quality until I go to zero it in and after just 3 shots the reticle had rotated within the scope almost 15 degrees. It's too bad because the rifle looked nice. I own a few other Gamo rifles with over 500 shots on them and have never had a problem with any of the scopes so maybe this one was just from a defective batch. I sent it back.
