If you have balance issues, you should be careful, because it flips open with a bit of force, and then you have to pop out the sides and lift it into place. Not heavy, just a little awkward.

Answer:	It is more of 10x 12 its a rectangle, I would look at something else I set this up once , even a breeze opens the magnets on the doors then they may or may not close again . Just as many bugs inside as out.
