Kershaw Clash Knives
A top choice for an affordable, all-purpose, utility, powerful Kershaw knife, the Clash series of knives is a three-inch blade just right for tackling almost any task. Attack boxes, heavy plastic or rope with the big bellied blade with just the slightest hint of recurve to improve slicing without being hard to resharpen. The Clash opens with SpeedSafe Assisted Opening for safe and secure one-handed blade deployment. Thanks to the ambidextrous flipper, both left and right-handed users can put the Clash’s awesomeness and toughness straight to work.
High-Performance Steel
A budget friendly, reliable, top-of-the-line Chinese produced steel, 8Cr13MoV steel has carbon and slightly less nickel for hardness and edge retention. Kershaw’s precision heat treated 8Cr13MoV steel strongly takes and holds an edge and offers wear resistance that can withstand damage from both abrasive and adhesive wear. 8Cr13MoV is a value blade steel featuring high performing characteristics.
Attractive Blade Coating
Kershaw’s Bead-Blasted finish enhances a knife’s aesthetics and complements its end-use. The high-tech finish is achieved by applying a mixture of fine media onto the blade’s steel under high pressure, creating a smooth, non-reflective matte surface. Fine media includes glass and aluminum oxide beads that allow color variation and optimal performance results for an overall stunning effect.
Fast Deployment
Using a torsion bar to move the blade out of the handle, Kershaw’s revolutionary SpeedSafe Assisted Opening system enables smooth, secure, fast one-handed blade deployment. Apply manual pressure to the flipper or thumb stud with a light push or pull back to overcome resistance of the torsion bar, and the blade opens smoothly and locks into place for confident handling without premature closure.
Secure Locking System
With two steel plates, or liners, on the inside of each handle scale, the liner locking system safely secures the blade open and prevents unwanted blade closure. The lockbar butts up against the blade’s backend to prevent closure, and angles or is bent towards the blade tang creating a bias locked position. Apply manual force to move the lockbar to the side and fold the blade back into the handle.
One-Handed Flipper
Knives with SpeedSafe open have two options for one-handed blade deployment. To activate the smooth, instant open, user can push a thumbstud or press a flipper. The flipper on SpeedSafe assisted knives is easy to operate by both left- and right-handed users. And, once blade swings open and locks into place, flipper either disappears for aesthetics or remains visible for added finger protection.
Durable Handle
Very tough, able to take heavy-duty hard use, and versatile, glass-filled nylon handle material is a nylon synthetic polymer reinforced with glass threads for increased strength. Glass-filled nylon has incredible stiffness for a secure and stable grip, great ability to withstand heat, and dimensional stability combined with excellent wear resistance.
Convenient Pocketclip
Kershaw designs pocketclips to fit specific knives according to their weight, intended end use, size, style and hardware. Some knives have multiple carry options, others are more streamlined. The reversible pocketclip allows user to choose to carry knife tip-up or tip-down or to choose on which side knife carries. The user may select either a preferred tip position or a preferred carry side.

User questions & answers
Question: | what size are the star screws holding the belt clip on |
Answer: | If you can afford a carving jack why would you even consider buying this ??? don't get me wrong it's a good little knife for the money but it's bulky and not ergonomic at all your hand will hurt after a wile and the blades don't lock like the carving jack . You'll have to sharpen it to your liking ,but I rather loose a $ 25 knife in the woods than a $140 any day of the week. over all it's not a bad little knife once is sharpened |
Question: | What is the handle made of |
Answer: | We do not carry a left handed model. |
Question: | I bought this knife and opened it fine. Now I can't close it! Can someone please help |
Answer: | This is sad. I am 63 years old and remember when "Schrade" and "Uncle Henry" were brand names of knives you were PROUD to own and showed off to all your friends. Fortunately I do still have one old 'Uncle Henry" old enough to be of good quality. I recall sharpening a knife (Uncle Henry) for our Sgt and when he cut himself with it the doctor (took 12 stitches inside & out to sew him up) said it looked like he had been cut with a scalpel. I bet you couldn't get one of these new knives that sharp. |
Question: | Can you clean a deer with it |
Answer: | To all those complaining about the blades not locking, a blade lock was developed to keep a knife from closing when it is used to stab, like a folding skinner going through thick hide at the start of a cut (which is the wrong way to start that cut, too, by the way). If you are using this tool in any way that causes the blades to close on your fingers, you don't know how to use the tool, and you're looking for a hardware fix for a training deficiency. Stop blaming the tool and fix your ignorance. Nobody is born knowing how to use a carving knife, or any other type of knife, any more than they're born knowing how to use a hammer, saw, drill, gun, stove, oven, or jackhammer, and you shouldn't expect to expertly use a tool until you've spent some time learning how to. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does it locked open |
Answer: | The knife is manufactured in China. It was designed in South Africa. |
Question: | How much does this knife weigh |
Answer: | The Honey Badger Knife is made in China. |
Question: | is the pocket clip tip up or tip down and is it reversible for left hand carry |
Answer: | I personally haven't but I don't think it would be very good at it either. Neither d2 steel nor 8cr13mov steel are good for tasks like that, as they are not very corrosion resistant. The blade geometry on both the gut hook version and the normal version also wouldn't be very good for it as they both have fine, pointy tips. If you were to make the point less fine, oil it, and clean it, it will likely make a fine skinning knife. |
Question: | where is it made |
Answer: | No, there's no assist. It's pretty slim and light so just manual opening. The flipping stud is a little small, so it can take a while to get the hang of it. It's worth practicing, it's a great gentleman's self-defense and all-around knife. I really like the length of the Seax blade, the way it stays sharp, and the overall quality. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Anyone know the angle on the bevel |
Answer: | 20 to 25 degrees. takes longer to sharpen because of d2 steele. |
Question: | is it smaller than the 03S |
Answer: | No it does not. Real D2 steel is between 64 65 on the Rockwell hardness scale. If this is 58 to 60, this is not D2 they're lying. Still good steel but it's not D2. |
Question: | Are you able to switch the clip to the left side |
Answer: | It is not spring assisted, however the ceramic bearings make it almost seem like it is. Extremely satisfying flipper. I get asked about it more than some of the $60-$300 pocket knives I carry. This knife spends a lot of time in my pocket, it’s actually in there right now. ONE OF MY FAVORITES, DEF WORTH THE MONEY!!! |
Question: | what kind of steel is the blade |
Answer: | Carbon, not stainless. |

The Knife That Changed Everything
Few at CRKT still remember the day that Kit Carson revealed his original M16 design. Those that do knew right away that it was something special.
The anatomy of the M16 and the Carson Flipper are both now mainstays of the M16 design. The Carson Flipper ultimately earned him a spot in the Blade Magazine Cutlery Hall of Fame. In the end, though, Kit’s memory is eternalized in his dedication to his craft, service to our country, and the number of lives he impacted along the way.
Iconic Handle Design
Universally recognizable, the bored holes in the face of each M16 handle sets it apart from other knifes in the industry. The shapely ergonomic design makes for a bomber grip amid rain, grit, and grime.
Carson Flipper Opening
True to its tactical nature, the Carson Flipper balances performance and safety. Light pressure rapidly deploys the blade. Once open, the flipper becomes a blade guard to protect digits in hard-use situations.
Veff Serrations
Some hone edges. Others, like “Edgeologist” Tom Veff, reinvent them. These patented Veff Serrations makes for superior cutting of cordage, rope, and fibrous materials.
Automated Liner Safety
When open, this next-level safety innovation sets a pin between the liner and the frame to keep it super secure while it’s in use. Closing is just as simple—move the red pin aside and push back the liner as usual.

User questions & answers
Question: | Where is this manufactured |
Answer: | I don’t know but this is the best EDC knife I have ever owned!! The blade is high grade steel that maintains a sharp edge. The pocket clip is wonderful so you don’t have a knife bouncing in the bottom of your pocket . A truly great knife!! |
Question: | Is this a legitimate, functional, and dependable knife? Because the poser modeling the knife screams poor quality |
Answer: | There are some nice things about this knife, but chief among them are its looks. The clip on mine caught and straightened getting out of my truck, and overall the knife is just a little too large for what it’s supposed to be. Opening it is just weird-it’s not a flipper-the long tang makes it different to everything else, but the hinge mechanicals are solid, as is the construction, as you’d expect from a Gerber. It’s a gorgeous knife-especially for the price-but one of the things I want in an EDC is quick deployment, which this doesn’t have, even with practice. I also purchased a Gerber Quadrant Bamboo at the same time, for about the same price. The sheepsfoot blade is similar shaped on both, but the Quadrant is a smaller, more sleek knife without being dainty, and the bamboo scale is just as unique as the Jukebox’s more flashy appearance. Guess which one I actually EDC? Yup, the Quadrant (along with a tanto blade CRKT Shenanigan for when I need a piercing point). While I don’t regret the Jukebox, it really gets down to function over form. All three are nice looking, nice performing knives at around the same price point. The Jukebox is just the peacock of the trio. A word on the Gerber blades, though: the edge wanders a bit, with slight bellies and hollows instead of the laser-straight line that seems to show in the photos. The factory edge on both shaved out of the box and holds up well, and with time should straighten out...just caveat emptor. |
Question: | Is this model the one with tortoise shell or black marble on the scales? It says tortoise shell but the photos are the black marble scales |
Answer: | Mine has gray metal scales. |
Question: | is the knife made in USA |
Answer: | No |

User questions & answers
Question: | What is so special about the limited edition |
Answer: | It's ......LIMITED |
Question: | Does this have the assisted opening |
Answer: | It's not assisted opening. However out of the box, it is a knife you can operate with one hand. Once you get a feel for it, when you push the blade past the friction that keeps is closed it will open with the flick of the wrist. |
Question: | Does the bottle opener work well |
Answer: | For a bar tender, no. It won't take a cap off in one swipe. In two easy swipes though, any cap will come off. 5/5 works well |
Question: | Made in the USA |
Answer: | Made in China. I wouldn't let that be a deciding factor though. Kershaw has plenty of excellent China made knives. If you want USA made knives you're usually going to pay for it. I think the most "China" part of this knife is the scales. Otherwises the build quality is great. |

Kershaw Taskmaster Knives
The Taskmaster series, featuring multi-purpose saws and shears, were skillfully designed and crafted to excellence by Kershaw. This tool series is completely handy and sturdy, making the perfect companions on camping or hunting trips. Compact and tough enough to take on sizable objects, the Taskmaster tools are awesome for various tasks and projects. Cut overgrown bushes, underbrush, dead tree limbs or prune using either the saw or shears. The Taskmaster tools are made of durable, reliable high carbon tool steel and the textured handles feature rubber overmolding for secure, non-slip grip.
Kershaw’s Blackwash finish derives from a balanced blend of blade coating and stonewashing. Together the two produce a precisely formulated all-black matte finish impervious to fingerprints, smudges and marring. And, even though the knife itself is brand new, Blackwash projects a well-worn, vintage look popular for blending comfortably with clothes and gear during everyday use and carry.
Fast Deployment
The classic way to open a knife, manual action knives use a thumb hole, thumb stud or built-in flipper to safely deploy the blade. Holding the knife level at 90o angle, quickly and smoothly flick the wrist to maneuver the blade out of the handle. Place fingers along handle scales and apply pressure inward on the blade with the thumb. Manual systems do not employ mechanical assist to open a knife.
Manual Flipper
Flippers on manual-open knives require user to push with quick strength until blade deploys. Some manual flippers disappear when blade deploys, others become a finger guard. Manual flippers appeal to inexperienced users as well as experienced users who prefer a classic, old-style opening. In both cases, ambidextrous flipper works as index finger applies pressure while closed knife sits in palm.
A pocketclip with tip-down carry is positioned so the closed knife carries in the pocket with the tip of its blade pointed down. A reversible tip-up or tip-down pocketclip allows user to change tip position.
Product description
In the process of developing our line of Carson special forces G10 M16 models, it became apparent that there was a demand for these models from coalition forces serving in desert environments. These models have Desert Tan blade and scales.
The M16-14DSFG Big Dog G10 is our hefty utility version, with a 3.875" (98 mm) dual grind Tanto blade and full-size handle with butt pommel. It weighs 5.9 oz. (167 g).
Just like its black tactical counterpart, this knife shares a unique design offering a combination of Carson SF series features requested by military procurement specialists. It has a combined Razor-Sharp and patented Veff Serrated edge. The open build allows two Carson Flippers to be incorporated, resulting in a true hilt— up to now rare in folding knives.
Blade and scales are non-reflective Desert Tan. The premium 8Cr14MoV stainless steel blade receives a titanium nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Kit's trademark dual checkered thumb studs are standard. One-hand opening and closing is quick and smooth.
The open InterFrame build uses Desert Tan scales of G10, and stainless steel liners with friction grooves. G10 is often preferred for its aggressive gripping texture, light weight, and the insulating properties which make it cooler in heat and warmer in cold than metal.
It also features our automated liner safety. Automated liner safety is the locking liner safety innovation taken to the next level. The automated liner safety sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame. This pin acts as an additional layer of safety, so the locking liner is less likely to disengage during use.
To close the knife, pull the red buttoned safety lever back, slide the locking liner over, and fold the blade into the closed position. Want one of the most secure safety systems on the market? The choice is automatic.
All knives in this series are equipped with clip options that allow four-position carry on belts or webbing— tip up, tip down, left or right. (Caution: These knives are not designed for tip-up in-pocket carry.)
They are special knives, designed by the military for special forces desert use.

Question: | What's the handle material of this blade |
Answer: | It does unscrew but I do not know if it is standard with other handles. I truly do NOT recommend this cane. It was extremely fragile and broke in half on the second day it was used. It was leaning against a patio chair and slipped to a wooden deck floor. It fell about 20 " to the deck snapped like a tree limb in a hurricane. No repair was possible. All I could think of was that my husband could have been using this on stairs and it could have broken. It was somewhat attractive but please look for something safer. |
Question: | What are the dimensions of the blade |
Answer: | 3/4” |
Question: | How heavy is this knife? Does it easy carry |
Answer: | No this cane is made in India. |
Question: | Is the blade of this folding knife stabilize |
Answer: | On a coloring book or another somewhat sturdy surface on top of the table it should be fine. There are straps on the sides to pull it nice & tight. I love this thing! |

Crag J1904 Black PVD AR-RPM9
The Crag is a substantial cleaver style knife that can tackle even the hardest tasks with ease. Featuring a 3.43” long blade that is over an inch wide, the crag can power through bigger cuts with ease while still being acute enough for delicate work. The 4.72” handle provides a substantial grip while still being light and maneuverable in hand.
AR-RPM9 Powder Steel
The Crag’s blade is constructed from our proprietary AR-RPM9 steel that perfectly blends edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. This is the ideal option for an every day carry knife that will stay strong through all of your adventures.
Cutting Profile
A cleaver style blade is a perfect choice for those who tend to do larger cutting tasks on a regular basis, the wide profile allows the blade to glide through material much more easily and with substantially more control than a thinner knife. The squared off tip increases the overall durability of the knife while still allowing it to deal with finer tasks.
Blade
We were very careful in our consideration of the blade thickness of the Crag, we wanted to make sure that the blade could be heavily used while also not being so thick that it would bind up on material or get stuck. The perfect mid-point ended up being 0.13”, just thick enough for big tasks but still thin enough behind the edge to be an effective slicer.
Handle Material
Carbon Fiber adds just a touch of class to this otherwise beefy blade. We use a Carbon Fiber laminate that is smooth to the touch and extremely durable and resistant to moisture and temperature changes. The smooth finish is exceptionally comfortable in the hand and helps to elevate this knife to something with just a little bit more swagger.
Features
In order to ensure smooth and fast operation we’ve outfitted the Crag with a ceramic ball-bearing pivot construction which allows for quick and snappy one-handed flipper deployment and smooth closing action. A ceramic detente ensures that this knife will maintain crisp, snappy action for a lifetime of use.
Clip
The Crag features a blacked-out deep-carry clip that sinks all the way into the pocket ensuring that your knife won’t get caught on any wayward surfaces. We’ve also included a large lanyard hole that is compatible with 550 paracord or leather cordage for those who prefer to carry their knives using a lanyard.
Product description
It Says Something About You. Just Walk Away.
This tactically inspired everyday carry knife with a uniquely etched blade and cord wrapped ray-skin style handle is the true epitome of cool.
Designed by Lucas Burnley of Albuquerque, NM, the Obake is an artful combination of a classical knife style built with modern-day materials and techniques. It’s another example of Burnley’s belief that knives are a personal expression of independence. And this one makes a statement when you bring it out for action.
A throwback to a classic Japanese Kwaiken design, it features a full tang fixed blade with a unique gray titanium nitride finish that’s acid-etched to give each knife a distinct look. It’s like he made the blade exclusively for you to throw down when the need for utility comes up.
The handle has a Katana style nylon cord wrap over a black faux ray-skin for an exceptional and secure all-weather grip. When storms or trouble are brewing, you’ll be ready.
The sheath of the Obake is made from glass-reinforced nylon that provides consistent retention even in humid environments. A paracord lanyard on the sheath is designed to attach to your belt loop and keep the sheath in place when you deploy the knife. A skull bead adds a not-so-subtle accent to the paracord lanyard.
The Obake isn't looking for work, but it’s ready to show up looking like a boss when it's time to get the job done.

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this legal to carry in california |
Answer: | I do not believe fixed blades can be carried concealed in any state. In California a spoon is considered a deadly weapon so my guess is NO! |
Question: | Has anyone removed the cord wrap? Is it glued to the faux ray skin? What is underneath if one were, want a solid rubber grip |
Answer: | I think its sorayed with suoerglue or something. Its glued in place doesnt shift move or unwrap, seems attached to faux rayskin too. Is also uncomfortable against skin where it rests on your waist. I wish it had scales instead (and was 1095). I also prefer not having that skin/coating on the blade. This said it is indeed cool looking. But seems more novelty than proper. |
Question: | What is the overall length |
Answer: | 7 1/2 inches blade is 3 1/2 inches long good video at CRKT website on this knife |
Question: | how long is the blade |
Answer: | 3.64 INCHES |
