Answer:	No, it's not. It is just a typical 55 gallon drum with holes that are pre drilled to fit the spreader. The lid is a clamp style that has a bolt you have to losses to take it off. The only downside that I can really complain about is that it doesn't have any type of feet for the legs to keep them from digging in the soil. I had to put down 2X6's to keep this from happening and it seems to be doing just fine so far.

Answer:	Side holes on Caged Tube Feeder are 1-3/4" x 1-1/2". Holes that curve on top are 1-3/4" wide at the base and of course get longer and narrower over the top. It may be squirrel proof but not raccoon proof. One of the two empties it during the night and throws it on the ground - prob'ly raccoon since it happens at night.
