Question:	How does this work compared to the scarecrow? need to keep a herring out of my Koi pond
Answer:	I have used this on my Koi pond for many years now with great success. So I don't get sprayed during the day.... my water supply has a battery timer.... The timer is set for 10PM tp 8 AM..... so simple..... works great and I can set the time for it to work.
Question:	There seems to be an additional part in my package that is about 2" long and 1" high that is not part of assembly instructions. Any clue as to what this is
Answer:	The extra item drove me nuts for about 30 minutes. Until i figured out that it is simply a screw on replacement part so the "helmet head sensor" can be mounted by sliding the square part on the "valve square front. This lowers the "Helmet sensor" to be about eye level with like a rabbit or cat. Simply unscrew the all black small round knob that is on the "helmet sensor" remove the screw and remove the piece you just detached (the 4 inch bracket that has a round hole that would normally fit the vertical pipe shaft. Now replace that 4 inch part with the smaller 2 inch long part that has a square end and a round end. Push the screw thru the round end and into your "helmet sensor" (it only fits one way), then hook it/slide it onto the sensors square front. The "helmet sensor" now just sits there, not exactly a secured in a long term way but i guess it works.
Question:	What happens if a human steps on the lawn? Will that turn on and spray on a person? I don't want it ends up spraying on myself
Answer:	Yes, if you trigger the motion detection, and you are in the area of spray, you will get sprayed, just like a deer or rabbit would. If you need to be there and don't want to get sprayed, you will need to turn it off temporarily.

Question:	Does this work on groundhogs
Answer:	If you go inside the back of the unit there are controls back there. Look at the dial knob which lists all kinds of animals you can set the unit for. The first one that reads " Rodents/Bats" would be the one to use for birds. I am not having a bird problem but a squirrel problem and this yard shield does a nice job of keeping the squirrels away during the Summer months. Good luck with your problem.

Answer:	batteries... it takes two C-cell batts. (I suppose battery life depends on useage.. instructions say leaving on for 24/7 is approx 60 days. Question:	how do you set it up? Where do you put it
Answer:	Depends on how you use it I suppose. I would say generally up to a month. I have a cat with constipation issues and a vet was recommending this, and recommending quite a lot be used every day, so I was going through it fairly quick and it didn't work all that well for constipation. Probably better suited for hairball use. I found a better solution to keep my cat regular which works way better is is natural (as opposed to the Hairball remedy, which is basically flavored Vaseline). I have him on a wet food diet and I mix in about a 1/4 teaspoon psyllium husk fiber (unflavored) and about a full teaspoon full of 100% canned pumpkin. I found a good deal on a bag of psyllium husk fiber on Amazon by NOW brands. I take it also, with my smoothies, and well... "smoothy" says it all! Great stuff! The pumpkin I get a Walmart for about $1 a can. I would actually recommend psyllium husk fiber therapy for everybody (humans and furry friends), a great way to add fiber to your diet.
Question:	I have a lot of shade, and my unit only gets enough sun to work for a few hours each evening. If I turn off the unit, and just use it every other day, will I get a sufficient charge to keep it funning a all might? Thanks

Answer:	I don’t know where it’s made but I can tell u I put it in my cats food 1 time she didn’t like the taste and didn’t eat again. I am not saying this stuff killed her but she disliked it so much she never ate food again 😞 that was 6 months ago

Answer:	Where the lid fits into the 1st and 2nd edition litter boxes are two round holes to accommodate the two round pop ups on the lids. The third edition does not.

Question:	Does this have any effetiveness for repelling groundhogs
Answer:	As long as the bag is sealed it is fine, mine is stored in the shed and it works good.
Question:	can you use this product in the vegetable garden
Answer:	One cup of plantskydd to a quart of water. Instructions are on the box. Add the powder to water VERY slowly and mix thoroughly. If you don't, you'll end up with a gooey mess that won't go through a garden sprayer. Don't know about the veg oil but I suspect it might make that much harder to mix.
Question:	How often do you have to spray? Is its effectiveness reduced/eliminated with rain/irrigation
Answer:	It is not marketed for squirrels, but I would guess that it would have some effect since the main ingredient is still Dried Blood which is quite broad spectrum in what it repels. Again, I would not sell it for that reason solely, but it might have some effect for you.
Question:	Is Bobbex effective repelling moose
Answer:	We didn't use it on vegetables. But it is very stinky. I actually stopped using it on our flowers because it was on the walk way to our front door and I couldn't stand the smell.

Question:	Will this work on a Woodpecker on my roof
Answer:	Ideally you want the yorkies to injest enough of the For Bid to work. Unfortunately with all 3 dogs eating out of the same bowl you can't be sure how much each yorkies are eating. I suggest feeding each dog out of separate bowls, giving the yorkies For Bid as directed for their weight (1/4 packet which is 1/2 tsp twice daily). If this isn't an option, maybe try sprinkling 1/2 packet (1 tsp) over their food and hope for the best. For Bid really does work!
Question:	What is it's width range
Answer:	You need to follow instructions. But you may have to do it periodically if they really like poop eating. Treat all animals in house not just the poop eater.
Question:	Can I use this around where my chickens are
Answer:	I wouldn't. I mixed it in his regular hard kibble food and added some soft food to it. They need to get a certain amount so it would be hard to regulate if you just added it to their water.
Question:	I have raccoons under my deck, will this encourage them to move
Answer:	I'm not sure if your talking about the refills or the actual litter maid litter box. the receptacles are great, they are the same brand as the litter maid box and they fit perfectly like the ones it originally came with. As for the litter box itself honestly for my single male cat it fills up within 3-4 days (usually closer to the third day) :/ and that's just with one cat. So honestly if you have 2 cats you might be able to get away with it if you use litter box liners inside the receptacles to make the refills last longer but I'd think you'd be changing out the containers(or liner bag if you choose to do so) every other day. I mean if that's okay with you then sure, it still better than scooping it yourself into the bag and tossing it and it helps hide the order defiantly, but if your trying to get away from actually having to consistently throw out something then this box is too small. maybe research and see if another brand makes bigger self cleaning boxes but I'd say the litter maid brand would only work for 1-2 cats. Maybe my cat poops and pees a lot but that's my overall opinion.

Answer:	I think it depends on your dog and cat. It didn't work well for me. I don't think it was a problem with the product, I think it's all a matter of whether your animals react to it.
