Answer:	Hi Robert. As long as the rocks are mostly rounded I think you will be fine. I float on the St. Joe River in N. Idaho. It is also shallow in some places, but the rocks are not sharp, and I had no problems with punctures.
Question:	Venture outdoors battery box/motor mount combo will this work with it
Answer:	This is not rated for a motor and in my personal use I wouldn't recommend putting anything on it. It's a good little pontoon boat for the money, but the savings definitely came out of the materials used to build it.
